Morning all
Well I've actually got some progress on my DOH! just backstitch to go on house number 6I will post my update Monday fo u all, wonder how much of house 7 I can get done by then
I really want it finished by the wedding which is now on a good countdown! Just 9 weeks to go! starting to get v.excited! Unfortunatly we also have some sad news in the house of sammr85, OH's Gramp has taken a turn for the worst, they live in Devon so OH and his parent's r driving down tomorrow to basically say goodbye, his dad spoke to him last Tuesday and said we'll come see u soon to which his gramp said I wouldn't leave it too long, I've not got long
V.sad as the reason we went for a wedding in April this yr was because of his ill health and we wanted to give him the best chance of coming, April and October were the only saturdays available at our chosen venue.

good progress. hope Gramp's does keep going until your weding. it's amazing how long people hold on for sometimes (in the nicest sense of the word). at work we recieve info on lots of end of life clients....who must go home from hosp that week as they may not see the next one. some are still around 6 moths later :j
no stitching for me last night, curled up and played Logo with hubby instead - loveeee that game. gonna take DS for a trip to town this morning - wear him out - get a 3 hour stitching nap out of him.... well thats the plan.
thankfully DS2 has moved his elbows today...i sware he was sideways ALL DAY yesterday..... was sooo painful!!

morning, no stitching for me last night as I was very tired and went to bed at 8.30..still feel rough this morning
decided my house is a tip as I have been neglecting housework to do xstitch. Dont get me wrong its not filthy, just would be ashamed if anyone turned up unannounced as its a mess...so I am barring myself from doing anymore xstitch until i have been shopping, done all my clothes washing and tidied up this excuse for a pigsty!
right, washer is on, so I'm off, see you all soon x0 -
so THAT'S what to do with left over threads!!
actually its a good bargain for anyone who wants oddments for motif stitching....
ohhhhh just thought i'd share this ebay seller... prices look hard to beat (for job lots). just gonna order the 30 anchor verigated for £5.25 + £1.99 p&p......... one of them should do for my princess palace :jloves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. Yes, he's called Professor Yaffle. My picture of Facebook is currently Pootle (from when it was 'put your picture as a children's TV programme week - just not changed it yet!) but PootleFlump's already Pootle on here
I've got a little free Bagpuss kit that I canif you like, unless chickywiggle's one is better? Mine's just a small Bagpuss sat up, came with a magazine last year I think.
