hopefully it be open also silly question but is the park nicely lite up and safe to walk at night??

Primrose hill is lit up (ish) at night, and there will be plenty of people and police there near midnight on NYE so very safe. The park would be for a day time walk - it shuts after dark.

Do you need to stand out in front of everyone? How about an impromtu proposal in somewhere more natural. My oh proposed to me getting off a train in Yorkshire of all places, i was absolutely mortified, the station clapped but it was not planned/ organised etc and very surprising but romantic etc and still makes me smile many years later. I had a sweetie engagement ring! If i was your intended i wouldnt want you to be worried etc by planning the greatest night - it should just happen/ be natural etc. Good luck and i hope you have a wonderful night :)
