Same here. I log on at 7 and the computer doesn't usually go off until 1 or 2am. It's not good for me or my family.
I've been thinking about setting myself a schedule to not log in after such and such a time, but for me this is not only for money making, I'm talking to friends.
Tooti - ignore us moaning - I think we all need a rest - we've all worked extremely hard this year.I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

Sorry Tooti, I am not normally a moaner, I am normally a very motivated and happy person, and encouraging to everyone, but I think I need to hibernate or something. I am better at not turning on till a certain time than turning off at a certain time.
A schedule seems a plan. Or dropping some plates, and not the important ones like our families. Savvy seems most screwed on about it. Able to walk away from it.
I agree totally about it being chatting to friends as well. If it were only the pennies, I maybe could walk away for a bit.0 -

I would normally get a payment before I recommend any site, but it all seems to be going through quickly. Just incase no-one is on this site, it's called Elite Sh0pping F0rum - but you CANNOT join if you are already on Rewarded Opinions. There is no referal so just go ahead and join.
I am a member of both. For a while it was confusing as there was only the one site so I was never sure whether the surveys I did for Elite actually got credited. But now they have the two sites and the credits are there. I didn't get the focus group invite/survey though Grrr!!
Without sounding sexist I wonder if that one was for female members. Also despite a couple of invites I have never heard any more from Pinecone, so are their surveys more female based?
cheers!! :cool:0 -
I wouldn't say I have my head screwed on about it as such but like my assignment I had to drop the moneymaking for around a week to get it done, and although I haven't made as much this month so far compared to others but I wasnt expecting to, I was expecting to spend what I had made instead lol. Anything is a bonus at the moment, but I need to stop the late nights, I'm struggling to get up at a decent hour but that is probably because I need my chill out computer time after running around after a toddler all day. I end up going to be around midnight
Piney is an odd one, I only get baby related or washing related ones really despite the fact I use other items and have other interests.I don't get that many and never get them on the same day as everyone else. I did have a chocolate bar one which in fairness was delicious but that was a one off. I might get one a month, two if I am very lucky but not that often.
I am a member of rewardops but never do their surveys, thought it was spam. Perhaps I shold bother if thats where all these paid group sessions are coming from.
Off to have a bath, then sort my sisters pamper hamper, I know Christmas is before but her stuff is taking up so much room lol. Will have a look at the presents in the bedroom to see what we have as I did a audit on the cupboard a week or so back. I need to size up dd's stocking and see how mich fits in, may need new stockings this year, we bought marks and sparks ones but they seem quite thin compared to the others. I will be around tonght but need to chill and catch up on things, had a box of craft things arrive and still haven't even sorted through them yet!Comping wishlist for 2017

Hi Flycatchers - If I remember correctly, I signed up to Elite first, and then it wouldn't let me join RewardOPs as it said I was a member. It was only about June, so it might be a new thing.
I had about ten of these focus group invites in two or three days, but only managed to get picked for one. It was about shopping for kids healthy treats so if you don't shop much, or don't have kids, I guess it rules you out.
Piney - I get quite a few surveys through, well more than I initially expected anyway. I've just done my first product test (for a special flavoured tea) so that wouldn't be sex related. I hope you get some invites/product tests soon.I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

Tooti, I am new to this as well but have been slowly finding my feet and the people on here have been really lovely and supportive, they have suggested lots of suitable websites and it's just nice to be able to say what you have been up to to keep the momentum up. Good luck, my aim is to be money neutral next year for Christmas at least and anything else will be a bonus.
Savvy, is your signature correct, have you already earned enough for next Christmas? If so that is fab and very inspiring.
Have had a very slow day, couldn't get Tabi off until gone 4 last night, she had a grizzly day generally so think she was overtired, today has been much better so fingers crossed for a better night.
Haven't had much in the way of surveys today except op but had a piney voucher through and have been invited to join mysurvey connect today, just for joining they are giving me 500 points and you get 50 a month just for being on it. Is anyone else on it? What do you do?0 -
Boat - you can do well with surveys and things but you need to stick to it. I beat my yearly total for 2010 in March.
I've lost count of how much I've earned up to today's date as my computer broke a month or two ago, and my spreadsheet got lost. So going by March's total - I must have easily earned four times last years amount. Savvy has done amazingly well. It's all down to lots of hard work and joining in here.
Mysurvey connect is new - only a few weeks old - I've not seen any difference yet.
I hope you have a good night with Tabi tonight.I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!
