Well done everyone on surveys and redeems etc.
I was logging in on here at 5.30 and I thought I'd best check my emails first. My god, have they got a rush on or what? I've been doing surveys for four hours. I've had a piney, loads of ips and mys, and a £12 pop food diary, so I'm not complaining really.
Really can't get into reviews at the moment. I think I'll do them after Christmas, when I have some nice new things to review. Surveys are usually quieter then for a while too.I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

Evening all - hope you are all doing okay
Bought MIL birthday present today, Debenhams voucher partially spent and they even wrapped it for me! I've told them I'm taking all my Christmas gifts in for them to wrap as they did it so beautifully!
No money making for me today, still waiting on one ebayer to pay but everything else has gone. Had a good month for ebay sales really and managed to buy my DS his main present out of the cash as well so can't complain!
On a course again tomorrow and then work Thursday - am hoping to convince OH to go up in the attic and get the wrapping paper down so I can have a couple of hours at it on Friday.
I think a £1 or so over on Secret Santa is okay - one of the items I have chosen is a little more than this, but its a Boots product and I thought with advantage card points and if go through quidco and order online you have virtually made your money back. It is getting exciting - people are coming back to me with their choices! Just a little reminder I need these back for Friday or Sat am at the earliest and will then contact everyone in one go!
Looking forward to receiving the Stig Legend, had a big box of stuff come today from my perfume party the other week - haven't had time to open it yet! That is my next job, just waiting for DD to drop off, she won't go to bed by herself anymore - she is scared stiff to be on her own either upstairs or downstairs. Hopefully time will get her through, but its not easy - I'm still not sleeping properly so I can't expect her to can I!
Right, online shopping to finish off and then to the big box of goodies!!!Motto: You gotta be in it to win it!:j

I havent even had any ideas for secret santa yet! I am so no good at this! Foxy you may well be roped in to help me! lol
Just a quickie but has anyone a link for free notepads on Vista I have searched all my emails and no notepad offers there! Grr! I really need to photo Connor too in his elf costume for the December month! Hmmm best get a wiggle on!
Connor is better but still on antibiotics just need to wait to see doc now plus I feel better! Have been wrapping loads today and I think I have done nearly all the stuff I have already! Just need to do OH's when hes not around and buy a couple of vouchers! CANNOT wait to get the tree up! Checked in the attic earlier and still have 24 rolls of paper up there and that doesnt include the ones I have down for wrapping now! Think I better not go so mad in the Wilkos 10p sale this year!:xmassmile**New** Thrifty Gifty Money Making for Christmas and all occasions 2012**:xmassmileMember No. 11 of Happy Chappy's Clip Strip Club!

evening
well done to everyone redeeming etc
foxy how old is your daughter?
mine is 4 and i still have to hold her hand to go to sleep [in her brother's bed ] then 6 nights out of 7 she's in our bed , she has the most beautiful bedroom which she never sleep in ! she hates being on her own too
elysia i've just got here to a inbox full too except im being screened out of everything lol
legendmum glad conner is feeling better , i've only had 1 idea so far so you're not on your own
aww boat girl what are you putting in tabi's stocking ?
cha i know isn't it jsut flying by
rufus you enjoy a well earned rest
savvy hope dd stops being a monster soon0 -
Just done my sports thing, it was even more boring than last week but least it's done. Also joined the lovefilm trial for a £20 amazon voucher so that will be good when it comes, trying to save up for hubbies main present which is some piece of equipment for recording music.
Chel, not sure what is going inside it yet as she is so little but i have been making the stocking for ages, I have quilted the stocking and am currently trying to cross stitch her name, it looks good but is taking ages as not really all that crafty, should be a nice keep sake though.
Chel, has your little one always struggled to sleep alone? Hopefully she will grow out of it soon and get to enjoy her bedroom.0 -
boat girl that sounds lovely , do post a picture when its done
erm for the first 9 months she was in our room and slept like a dream ,
then she shared with her brother and was okay to start with , just used to put her down ,say good night and that was it but slowly got worse
then when she was 2 she went in her own room , all beautifully done that she loved and she slept in her own bed for 6 months
then her going out of nappies at night and giving up her dummy at the same time , just threw everything up in the air and since then its got worse , ive tried the super nanny thing many times , you stick at it for 4 nights, she eventually sleeps 1 nights on her own , then its back to square one lol
we hoped full time school in sept would of done the trick
but it isn't lol0 -
Chel - Don't worry about a thing. We have to sit with DD until she's asleep too and she's 9 in Jan. We still read her a chapter or two of her book, and then she settles down, but the slightest creak will have her up again, so we sit there. It's all fine and nothing to worry about.
Kids go through phases. They'll settle when they feel secure.
Boat - please post a pic when you're done. I'd love to see.I bought some Cath Kidston material last January to make my DD2 a quilted stocking (after seeing it on that Kirstie Allsop program) but still haven't got around to it.
Legend - I sat with the Argos catalogue, and Boots Catalogue and didn't move until I had three ideas. It's hard picking something for someone you don't really know - especially when there's not a lot to go on. You'll be fine, and I'm sure whoever receives it will love it.Well done on the wrapping - that's my job for tomorrow, so if I don't come on - I'm buried under a HUGE pile of presents and cellotape.
Foxy - I'm sorry to hear that the break in is still affecting you and DD's sleep. Things like this take time. You're doing brilliantly though. You ought to be very proud of yourself.I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

I've been a lurker for about 3 months now and I want to join please if that is ok?
I'm only joined to a couple of sites so I need to get my finger out and find all the other sites the you are all joined to. I'm hoping to make 2012 a money neutral year which will be an absolute first fo me.
Take care,
Jan
