    Hello :)

I haven't really done any money making as not feeling to good at the moment, I think it's stress, as hubby was in hospital all day yesterday, I was so worried as I didn't know what to do, but luckily he came home last night and he is safe and sound.

I did do well on e-bay as I listed some old clothes that we were going to chuck away when they had the free listing weekend and they all finished last night and I made just under £38 so I am pleased with that.

    Michelle - Happy anniversary
Fly-catcher - sorry to hear about your cat

Well the hospital kicked OH out, told him they can't do anything without a scan and they can't do a scan on a weekend but also found another hernia - finally got his scan appt it is on halloween so at least we are starting to get somewhere.

Made another £3.24 today so now over the £100 that I wanted to make this month but even though I have met my target I want to make more!! Going to hopefully really push DY on my days off, I want to cash out as much as I have for am vouchers on the 31st ready for 2 dvds being released so I have 9 days to really push and earn some more for xmas.

Elysia - Can't believe you have finished, i thought i was doing well but I haven't got many ideas for OH, his birthday is 17th of Dec so that doesn't help, I know his main present for birthday and xmas but not sure what else to get him.

Back on earlies in the morning so I will bid you goodnight x

Emma - I know how you feel, my worst month for birthdays are November (end of) and January - it's tough trying to get two nice present ideas for within weeks of each other.

Dj - I'm glad OH got sent home. It was kidney stones wasn't it? Have they given him a date for any surgery or anything? I love the NHS but they don't half go slow when you're in pain, and need of treatment. :(

Sam - Oh NO - I hate that too. You'll have better luck next time. :)

    Pickle - Hello hun. :)

Michelle - I know what you mean about the bingo - this week I've been playing but now I don't think I'll bother with WH either. That factfinders sounds interesting. Have you thought about going for that instead? DOuble your money isn't it? Is it more work per question though?

My ebay sales were carp to tell the truth - I had four sales (and cleared £40) but had 9 with no bids. I didn't put the prices up too high as they all had watchers. I've relisted most at 99p and hope they go up to what I wanted; and I've saved some for the next free weekend again - I'm not letting them go for nothing. ;) I have some more ending tomorrow too - a couple with bids and all with watchers. I hope they do better than today.

  • Murphy's finished jumper - quite proud to have done circular knitting for the first time and have a finished product, though hard to see the detail on it. It has a rolled over neck, and is ribbed at the neck and round the bottom, like a human jumper, with rib round the legs too. A bit big, but cosy. He didn't seem to mind it, though I will have to take care with his claws putting it on. They were getting caught in the wool.

With the factfinder - pay is 7p a question, not 3, but fewer questions, more time spent on each question and it is easier to meet the targets in the weekend competitions to achieve the bonuses. I don't think I want to swap though, as I can answer it, or pass it on if too hard within seconds, and it allows me to do everything else i want at the same time, but if I have to take a five minute rather than 5s break it would lose my flow if i was in the middle of doing something.

People seem to enjoy it though and do quite well.

I just thought i would mention in case anyone was looking for a way of guaranteed cash, paid out on the 21st ish of November and December.

    Morning everyone.

My customer paid up so nice sale for me. Its all packed up now ready for posting tomorrow morning.

OH went to a market in Hong Kong yesterday to buy some things to bring home, said he looked everywhere for some fabric for me but couldn't find any. Just rang me and said he had found some today and bought me some. I am well excited lol.

My Dad's all excited too, he likes that Andre Rieu who does the classical shows. He has nearly all his dvds and watches them every day bless him. Then this morning he said my brother has booked to take him next year to see a show live at the O2. He is like a little kid lol, well excited about it. He will be 88 by then bless.

Forgot to add, My C went up by about 80p over night so over the £10 mark at last. DY only went up about 10p but then I didn't get a review on there after all yesterday. I will try to get one on today.

Wow Michelle - that is brilliant. Well done you. That's another string to your bow - circular knitting. See - you can do anything if you try. :) Well done.

OH is starting to decorate DD1's bedroom today - so I'll be like a slave - pass me this, pass me that, as well as everything else I do, and cook a Sunday roast. :( The factfinders sounds great, I 'Might' just give it a go - If I don't like it, at least I've tried. That's my new motto. LOL

Rufus - ahh how lovely for something for your dad to look forward to, and how great OH found some material for you. You'll have to post pics asap. I think I'm more excited for you, than you are. :)

For Christmas planning - I've just seen a great book on Ebay. Usually retail about £16.00 mark, but I've just found one for £6.50 plus p+p. I just thought I'd post incase it would help anyone (it's not mine honestly :) ). My sister bought one and recommended it to me. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320767790648

Flycatchers I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my cat, who was a Fred too, at the start of the year, and it is a big miss no longer having them.

Chinese was yum. I am so full now.

I am thinking of pretty much giving up bingo. Cha is taking up so much time really, and I get paid more for concentrating on that. They have just set on some new factfinders who get 7p per Q they answer, if anyone wants something new to do.

I have it running a lot in the background, but my logic is I am on anyway reading/writing/rating/bingoing, and it just interupts what you are doing a little bit, then you get back to it. Not everyone likes/wants to be flipping around between websites like this, but it is working money wise for me.

Anyone know if there are any decent films or anything on tonight? I've not picked up a telly guide and no idea.

I just applied yesterday for the Factfinder just watched all the videos and read the fact sheets, still not sure if to go for it, have to download Firefox toolbar which I have not used before so not done anything more yet, still pondering if to go for it.
  • Morning everyone - just about.

I had a well deserved lie in till after 10 this morning. Not surprising really. Can't keep doing so much, which I think DH is realising too with all the housey stuff he did yesterday.

I'm logged onto Cha already - Elysia - I think you would find it dead easy to do the FF role. I just don't fancy it myself as I have too much to properly think about all the time. From what they say, they get between 4 and 12 Qs per hour. They get a lot longer than me to find an answer too. Every weekend, people seem to easily get at least £4 or 5 in bonuses. I was on the computer about 23 hours last weekend and got £5 for my role. There is a big difference.

Also anyone who became a FF now, could also change to my role later when gaps open up if they chose to.

I am so glad I got in when I did.

I found it a bit scary at first, but the forum is great for helping you work out how to do it. It is hard to get a decent wage, but I always think it is worth giving something a try. It's not like you have to do it once you get there if you don't like it. It can be quite addictive, and we have people who join in with challenges like here to make x amount in a month.

From talking to people, there are a lot of MSE people over there.

And I can guarantee you I got paid. So that is not something that you need worry about. You just have to answer a lot to get over £50 threshold.
  • Good morning all, another chilly day here today, and dd is being very demending. Finding it difficult to get on with anything today.

Hope you enjoyed your anniversary michelle. Also thanks for the advice re ciao and the E :) I wish I had the time to write better reviews but with dd being at such a demanding age I'm finding it hard. Still £5 will be better than nothing. Love Murphy's jumper, with winter setting in I bet he will be very happy to snuggle up in it.

Sorry to hear you OH has to wait for a scan Emma, I hope they get him through the system quickly and get him on the mend.

DJ, glad to hear OH is home safely now.

Elysia, you're so organised! I wish we were done but OH has only just acknowledged the existance of Christmas yesterday. He knows what he want's to get for dd just not the exact items if that makes sense, we have vouchers to spend but he hasn't decided which shops either. It's just the men in the family that I haven't fully sorted, men are hard to buy for.

Glad that you made the sale Rufus, your doing well with your shop. I bet you're excited to have materaial from Hong Kong, how fabulous!

I got around to ordering some prints from our photoshoot. To be honest I'm glad it was a rather rubbish shoot as we only had handful of pictures to choose from, and even the there was a couple of nice ones. Set me back £60 for the rights to rwo images and a framed family picture. It is a bit overkill to be honest but I figured that having the rights to the pictures means we can print up lots etc where they wanted £25 per photo. We haven't had a nice family picture since she was born as she hates staying still, all pictures together ends up being us smiling or looking despairing whilst dd has a tantrum. For that picture alone was worth £60 lol.

Also upcycled a gift for a £20 M&S voucher, which will help to pay for our M&S christmas food. I'm really addicted to upcycling at the moment. Looking forward to seeing what the next M&S offer of the week is next week.

Will be able to order another voucher after submitting S&S this week. I had a letter from them saying if I don't start scanning more they will be kicking me off the panel :( I can't help the fact we don't buy lots of extras apart from food. It's just not necessary. Hopefully with Christmas on the way I can add gifts and things to my scanning to bump it up. Was very shocked to be honest.
