Sorry Michelle, I thought I commented on the lovely doggy jumper on my earlier post but I must have been so excited about the fabric that I forgot. It looks really nice on your dog, I bet it will keep him nice and warm when the temperature goes down.
Savvy, its no good me doing that s&s thing, we only do our shopping once a month and then a little bit of top up during the week, last week all I bought was a loaf of bread and a bottle of milk.0 -
Savvy - thanks for the warning. I only ever scan my main shopping - I can't be bothered with all the rest of it. I'd best do what I bought yesterday before I forget.
Ceiling in DD's bedroom is now white instead of Fuschia (don't ask) it's the woodwork next - just popped on here while I was making lunch. Hope you're all OK.

signed up for Cha but to be honest dont think I did well at all with the test qs but will wait and see

Surveys dont like me today keep screening me out managed to get an hours overtime but thats it.0 -
Michelle - that cardi is so cute! I wish cats would wear clothes, he'd have a whole knitted wardrobe by now lol
very quiet day on surveys for me, managed a few on T. Checked my points balance and I'm not too far off redeeming on there now, have quite a few outstanding aswell so I'll keep plodding on. Suprising how quickly the points go up by going through the quick polls everyday though.
I think I'll give up for the day, put a film on and power on with knitting the baby blanket. Its knit on two circlulars from the centre out, started out with 4 stitches, now up to 400 and something each round and its taking FOREVER. I will be very glad when its finished! only 21 more rows to do sob sob. Also have some half knitted baby trousers somewhere that need finishing...May Grocery Challenge -£216/4000 -
Glad to see everyone is getting things done and the puppy looks lovely in his jumper. I wish I was artistic but I lose patiance so quickly with knitting, sewing and cooking that I have given up. Lovely to see your cushion sold Rufus
Hope OH gets the painting done Elysia and I might join ff as well. C seems to be a waste of time for me as I have put a number of articles on, reviewd and written comments and only got 83p altogether. Will give it a few more weeks but others seem to be much better.
Also Savybunny what do you mean by "upcycled"? - I put it in google and got a firm who sell anglepoise lamps.Aiming to make £7,500 online in 20220 -
Karoner - upcycling is like recycling but where recycling changes something (like making old newspapers into cardboard boxes or plastic bottles into fleecy material) upcycling is more like swapping something you don't want for something you do - like freecycling but you get something in return. I hope that explains it OK.
OH did the ceiling - every time it dried it went pink again so it needed 6 coats. I did the majority of the woodwork. We're having a day off tomorrow and will wallpaper it on Tuesday, and paint over it on Thursday I think. We are having a trip to the safari park in the week but with rain forcast tomorrow it will probably be later in the week. It's all go.
Just off to check ebay. Back later.I :heartpuls M.S.E.

Karonher - i hadn't realised you were on C as well.
It would be quite funny if more of you were on Cha too. I have grown to really like it. It is more reliable than some of the other things we have done anyway.0 -
Thanks Elysia - I will have a look around at that - hope you enjoy the safari park - I was supposed to be taking my nephew to see Johnny English tomorrow but he is watching wrestling all night so it will be Wednesday. Looks like I have a free day.
Michelle - you have inspired me to look at Cha so thanks for that. I am muppetbabe on C as I registered a few years ago and dont know how to change username. I will have a good look for everyone on here tomorrow.Aiming to make £7,500 online in 20220 -
Woohoo - ebay went well. Out of 7 things, two didn't sell, three went for the minimum and two skyrocketed. I had one on at £50 (that's the normal price they go for) and it went to £101 plus p+p, and another I put on for £2.50 becuase I didn't think it would make £5 - it went for £39 before p+p. Gobsmacked is the word for me at the moment.

I hope everyone else's ebay items went well. I'm chuffed to bits atm.
:D:D:
Just a late reminder S&S and tissue for legend. I'm off to do mine now.

Well done Elysia. My ebay item (NDNs washing machine) didn't sell. I wasn't shocked though as she wants £80 for it. People don't want to start that high. I'll have to start it lower next free listing day.
Just wrote a DY review. Only for 10p, but it all adds up. I'm at 31/100 for my challenge. I need to write a few more there me thinks.0
