    Hi all

Mary I just thought of you and your neighbour's present when I saw a chocolate smelling calculator in the Paper Moon craft catalogue.

Rufus - did you eventually finish all the decorating for you dad?

Fedup- what colour/flavours are you doing your bath goodies?

I'm not doing colours as no pigment in to dye the salt but I am doing some combinations of these with essential oils

    Relaxing lavender bath salts
Energising fizzing salt bath - mint, pine and rosemary
Invigorating foot scrub -Menthol blend of peppermint, eucalyptus, red mrtyle and black pepper

    Sounds nice Fedup xx

Esmer, you seem really organised. Our tree is coming down from the loft tomorrow but wont go up until the weekend when OH can help me xx

Mary, you are getting there, its not the end of November yet so you are doing well considering xx

Anglea, yeah I finished all the decorating at my Dad's, we have nearly finished it all at home too, just had a new rug delivered today which OH has just put down. Thing is its about 6 inches shorter than our old one so he has had to stain the floor one end (we have stained and varnished our original floorboards). Tomorrow he needs to sort out the wires for the speakers that run underneath as the old rug was really thick and shaggy and you couldn't feel them but the new one is really thin and they stick up and feel horrible when you walk on them. Its the worst thing in our house, trying to hide all the wires, OH is fanatical about it, hates even a tiny bit showing.

Its me again, no one else been on all day, must have been busy like we were.

We have put the decs up and the tree is made up but not yet decorated as we need some more lights so I will get them tomorrow and then finish decorating it in the afternoon.

We went in MrT this morning and bought some more bits, they have lots of things like boxes of chocs etc on offer. I bought a box of quality street for my son to replace the chocolate snowman that broke. I got a couple more bits for his Thai hamper too, I just need two more things now, a tin of beansprouts and a couple of bottles of Thai beer. They dont sell either in T, but sell them both in MrS so we are going to pop there at the weekend and see if they have them in stock.

We bought some more sweets and chocs for indoors in case the kids pop in, so we will get some of them down at the weekend ready (they have been hidden in the loft).

We also bought a small real Christmas tree from B&Q, its one that you put in a pot and can keep it after. Its quite a nice size for our little front garden as long as it dont get nicked.

I am going up the town in the morning to meet up with my bro and sil. Was going to meet my mate the next day but just had a call from the council, they are going to come round Thursday afternoon to see about fixing me up some grab rails in my bathroom near my over the bath shower as I slipped the other day trying to get in and out on my own.

Pretty sure Fri's Boots offer of the we is the FCUK bag and toilettrys, currently £45..
Mum went up to our local boots and said were stocking these black ruffled things that looked very weird...... on ly after getting her to look through the catalogue that worked out whta it was. In all honestly the offer is only worth if it you want the bag, as on the next page theres 4 full sized items packaged up is about £24. xx

Been organised tonight have wrote over 100 xmas cards, i just do the households as well, run out!! but theres some more in the loft.

Miss Hoodie has now decided she def doesn't want a netbook, but she wants the VW camper suitcases - £55 for small, and £89 for big... shes mad on camper vans,

Doing a hamper off Bailey for her, been routing ebay, there coming in,

    So she'll have
    Mug
Photo frame - shaped front of the VW camper
    Cushion
    Egg Cup
    Salt and Pepper pots
    Money box
    Trolley Keys
    Camper on keyring
2 x transfer - going to put on tshirts
1 x small transfer - ordered blank bag from vista (freebie!) and the transfer fit fab.

Then just got to get her few stocking fillers, and then mum and dads, there nearly sorted, just waiting for the money to come in.

Nightmare getting the suitcases, the small one I've got to do a 40 mile round trip, can't get any closer or home delievery, none available, the bigger one got reserved for when it comes in next week. So mum and me go halves on both. x
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx
