Seems Vista print been busy, got my parcel 2day,

2 x Mugs - both with 3 pics of Miss Hoodie on

So glad the mugs have been free, Bailey has a habit of picking the mugs up by the handle, jumping on the settee then dropping the mug........ sods law he's broke about 4, as they've hit another mug on the floor.

Brilliant news - just checked Open Uni site, as got to download paperwork for next yrs funding, - and the results have come through from my last course, passed it, - all the markable elements I hit achieved - top of the 4 grades, so really pleased, just plodding along now attempting to work out what I scribbled down when writing this essay in rough.......it will be done by midnight, xx

Hi All

Just got my first Vista order, so thanks to all those who explained this to me.

I got a photobook for MIL for mothers' day, a bag with a picture of our dog for a friend who dog-minds for us, a stamp and an 18th birthday banner for DS - very pleased!

Also ordered a canvas from the other link for fathers' day - picture of me and my dad at my OU graduation last year - this after 8 years study and aged 43, so keep up the good work Mum2One, its worth it!

Hi again

Just to let you know I was in Robert Dyas today and they had a big clearance on loads of gift type stuff. I got a cake stand for £5 and a mug/hot choc/hot water bottle gift set for £4 but they had loads of other stuff for £2, £3 and £4 - mainly gift sets and novelty gifts. Also went in the Card Factory and they are doing a range of about 30 cards (birthday and general) all individually wrapped and very nice at 7 for £1 - bargain!

mum2one - well done with the OU results:T How do you find the time ?

Been knitting second wrist warmer of the second pair today - going great guns and OH has seen some wool in the charity shop - its all new and £1.50 a ball.......not sure if thats good price or not but sounds like there's some lovely shades.

Five freebie packets of seeds came today as well as some seed potatos I'd ordered for OH..........and they sent me some free gladioli bulbs :eek: One flower I don't like..............still, think I know someone who'll love them..............lol:)

I`m ok, I been lurking but havent really done much. I currently have an heart monitor on and they were on about chlorestral as well.

I have chlorestral at 8.2 which i take sims for but they said my other chlorestral is bad and have to take tabs for that....didnt realise there was two types
They also on about operating on my neck. Have to wait and see...

Hi everyone.....still getting over my op.....been put on Tramadol but it wacks me out so only taking it at night! Went to Worthing yesterday for DD's uni interview which went really well...but the place was in the middle of nowhere and we got there 2 hours early!!!! So we just hung around the college for that time. Was an exhausting day and it was raining all day.
I am still going with the no-smoking and had the odd puff here or there but not a full ciggie!!! Its sooooo hard not smoking!! I am also going back on weight loss medication to help kick start me back to losing some more weight!! (will be good for the knees) Am 5ft tall and 13 stone! Not good

Susan - I hope everything is sorted out for you soon and you feel better xx
