My house looks a bit like a forest, I bought a 2 6ft trees, one £3, one £2(display model so made up) and a 4ft black tree for £2 (as children's tree, now on display in their room) plus I have my anorexic old tree(about to pull down) and replace. Very happy with my purchase also bought pack of 50 baubles for £3 and 2 packs of 20 for £2 ea. and a mini wreath for £1.
House didn't feel christmassy yesterday but it sure does now!
Homebase (Oldbury) mainly real trees at £5 left.
  • Just been to Sheffield Homebase.

There was very little left there.
The atmosphere is currently filled with hypocrisy so thick that it could be sliced, wrapped, and sold in supermarkets for a decent price and labeled, 'Wholegrain Left-Wing, Middle-Class, Politically-Correct Organic Hypocrisy'.

Just got a 6ft pre-lit tree for £3 from Newport retail park store. There were quite a fee left. They also had a fibre-optic tree, hoping it might be cheap I asked for a price check but it was £39.99.
  • I went to the store in Hedge End, Southampton this morning and they didn't have any priced down to £3 or £5 but they may have been cheaper and just not had reduced stickers on.

I did get a gorgeous 6ft slim snow covered tree for £10 though - reduced from £119, so I am very pleased. I also got the glass bauble pcks reduced to £2.00 pack.
  • Hi

Just back from B&!Q in Bourcher Road in belfast. Picked up the 6ft Xmas tree for £3 and the tree in a bag now reduced to £2. Kids got their own 4ft tree which they think is great. Also picked up loads of baubles
    Thanks OP
