Thanks for this, we got two £3.00 ones in Worcester and found one at £1.00! end of line special!
  • We bought one of these a few days ago for £24.99 for next year thinking that was cheap. Does anyone know if I'll be able to take this back and get the now reduced price. I know they do their price promise, surely this is for their own stores as well ;)

Yes if you have the receipt. 28 days.

Then turn around and buy it back for £3!

You really do need to check in advance, all stores have discounts at the managers discrection, it was posted the other day that decorations had been reduced way down but when I went into my local they were still £1.99/bobble. I went again yesterday and they had been reduced to £1 which is not as reduced as I would like them to be!;)
  • I reserved one of the £24.99 ones a couple of days ago however when I went to collect I had a quick nose to see if it was on display and all I can say was I very very disappointed that the picture on the website is completely different to that in the flesh. I'd go as far as saying it was a different tree altogether. Needless to say I didn't pay for it. Not worth £140, not worth £25 but probably worth £3 :D

Thanks, back to homebase tomorrow I think
  • I got 3 x 6ft snow tipped trees today redused from 79.95 to 3.00, gave one to a friend, one to my Mum n Dad and we have kept one for the future, bargain of the year! The store in Medway has tons of trees and decs left, they were moving all the stock and discounting it this afternoon, will pop in on the way to work in the morning, hopefully they will have redused the 100's of boxes of lights they still have in stock, currently 75% off.
