Glad everything's good. You sound so disciplined- I can't think of anyone else on a diet who isn't moaning about how difficult it is-probably because it is very difficult so I think you are doing great:T

    Hello lovely,

so angry on your behalf at thieving Paypal !!!!!!, hope it's sorted soon.

Great work on the diet, have to be honest that I use far more carbs than I probably should as they're cheap & easy, love the sound of your food but cant afford to do that for me & feed DD as well. She needs carbs - yes, I am sticking to that excuse ;)

Whatever works for you lady. I can't just cut down as I just think 'Ooh I'll be better tomorrow'....for months :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I need rules which I can follow. Totally in the zone now with it.

Copied this from MG's thread but it made me really chuffed so her you go:

Had a hellish customer at work and was feeling the stress levels rising. Was thinking 'Aargh what can I do as I'm on my diet now and can't have wine or a big load of cheese  so was thinking about buying a mag to relax in the bath with. Went to Tesco and just kept thinking '£3.80, I'm not!' so wandered home and lo and behold my TWO magazine subscriptions I got for Xmas had started and were on the mat along with TWO DVD's from Lovefilm!!!!!!!! Thinking that's the universe telling me to chill out and all will be well.

Tonight I will take one of them into the bath with some chillout music on and one of my Xmas White Company candles lit and be super calm.

Working early tomorrow as we have yet more maintenance work that needs doing . Still an early night will stop me eating too much :j

Wee suitcase had also arrived at work today and it's lovely. Rescued my boots from the reheeling mans and they cost £7.95 but despite being ancient, look good as new.

Did some totting up last night and have £7.57 in my culture fund. Also have £60 a week spends for each week of the month that's left and £70 for the last one which is a week and a half really. Also got £17.50 in a secret stash which I can use for my last weekend of the month or to buy new work gear so all good.

Away to phone Mum, do the dishes and have a bath X

Yay to magazine subs & dvds :)

Well done on not giving in to wine or cheese. Ive just finished the last of my christmas cheese - should have really been 2 meals worth but I want to clean the fridge out so just shovelled it in heroically ;).

Bath, candle + magazine = super chill

    enjoy
    xx

Happy New Year Souk. It sounds to me like you are having a perfect evening. I once did the Carol Vorderman detox diet (not to lose weight just to get healthy but I did lose 11/2 stone in 28 days). The diet is completely vegan. I really enjoyed the food on it. Didnt follow it exactly as I did allow myself a drink at the end of the week. The recipes were lovely and included lots of veg, salads, seeds, fruit, juices etc. It might be worth a look to get some ideas for recipes that you can do as part of your diet. I actually found it worked out cheaper in the end because all the fruit and veg I was buying filled me up so much I wasnt eating the portions. I only bought the book for the recipes and then answered the questions at the front of it so decided to follow the plan.
