Thank you so much FF. I know I am wee but my clothes are tight and I have two options:

    1. Buy new clothes (although the ones I have are new enough) in a size I don't want to be
    2. Get it off now before I get any bigger

    I'm choosing number 2.

    You are lovely too btw!

^^^ Quite right too Souk, or you'll end up like me, needing to drop 2 sizes to get back the shape & size I was happy with.

I agree, if you are feeling uncomfortable in you clothes and yourself then do something now. Shame about the cost but it will be worth it. Try some crunchies on your tummy - best way to flatten it. Also drink lots of water as some of the tummy may be water retention. Not that I know what I am talking about - just repeating stuff.

    Hey all,

Well had a lovely day off. Had a right good chat and a coffee with elantan (for about 4 hours :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:) and got my washing and bed done.

I also made some diet friendly soup that will do me the next 3 days at work and toasted some seeds for work too. I also bought some meat from the butchers and a few bits from Aldi.

Had a right long day yesterday as was training in Leeds but still stuck to the diet. Was up at 5am  footering about with my tupperware and not home til 9.30 at night but it was a good meeting and I managed not to break the diet and eat a lot of expensive rubbish on the train. :j:j:j Took ALL my lunch, dinner and snacks for the day with me. :A

My grocery budget has gone crazy but my clothes feel much looser and (although it's not about weight) I have lost 6 pounds since December 31st and 2 since last week. My stomach is much flatter and I am on the diet til next week so all good there.

I don't start til 12 tomorrow so will try to get a bit more housework done before I go to work.

My best friend is coming up from London at the weekend and staying in a hotel near me. He's coming to surprise his mum for her birthday but it means we can all meet up which i am :j about. I WILL drink with him on Saturday and sod the diet. He's my best friend and I only see him a few times a year. His boyf is training for the London Marathon at the mo and has been doing all sorts of crazy exercise of late but is looking forward to getting the drinks in on Sat!

Moneywise I should have nearly enough food to do me til Monday, there's £40 in my purse and there's £83 in my bank which is a bit more than I thought so I should be okay til payday on the 31st:eek: Made £8 of that from ebaying a top which I need to post tomorrow. :money:

Off to bed now. It's clean and there's a hot water bottle in. I feel sick with excitement!

Hi all, got lots of house stuff done today, worked the late night shopping and just enjoying a bit of telly now. The soup was lovely and all I spent today was £1.39 on postage! X
