Not that I know anything about running, but do you have an Mp3 player - when I was doing the Race for Life I did the 'couch to 5k' which is really good as it lets you walk for a few minutes, then run, then walk etc.and gradually builds up. I think this is it

    Hi sweetie,

great news on the weight loss :j I admire your tenacity.

I was rubbish with food & exercise last week & was rewarded with a 2lb gain . This week I'm back on it - no bread or cakes or any sweet or snacky naughty things & I've scheduled my exercise too; mon, wed & fri are serious workout nights & tues, thurs & sat are for fun workouts like wii dance or yoga. Sunday is for sitting on my hopefully smaller @ss :D

Good luck with the running - my knees crunch when I do squats :( so I'm not going to risk it but will get back into cycling once it stops raining ...

Lurking here, and promising myself to do as much as I can as soon as I can. Enjoy your exercise, Souk!

Mines only a cheapo mp3 too, but it works fine. You don't need anything like itunes etc. you can just download them.

    Enjoy yourself anyway.

Lula I love the idea of scheduling the workouts, I am getting a bit bored of shredding and have a few other DVDs to try too - they are a bit longer than the shred but hopefully I can put those in for nights when I am less busy :) thank you for sharing and good luck with everything :j!

Well, have had a problem with my internet for the last few days (since I pulled the wire out !) but back to give a full report on We Will Rock You.

    IT WAS FAB!!!!!

We went in and my friend of a friend (who works for the press) got vouchers for free drinks. We also had seats in row B of the circle which cost £46.50 to buy FREE :j

It was all sold out but there were 4 empty seats right in front of us which were filled in the second half....and one of the folk in them was Rodger Taylor of Queen himself.:D:D:D

He and Brian May had come to the opening here.....and Brain played on stage for We Are the Champions and Bohemian Rhapsody :j:j:j This is obviously a really rare occurence and we so happened to be there to see it so it was ace.

Also afterwards we went to the after show do and I was in a room with Noel Sullivan, Jonathan Wilkes and all the other amazing cast. Fabby night all round and only spent £6 on ice cream :money:

My friend brought pizza round last night and we got caught up. She also brought wine . Tonight one of the gays is coming round for Chinese and possibly more wine. :j

Have good Saturday nights all X
