Lucky you what a fabulous night. I bet you were walking on air. AND only £6 spent. It goes to show that having fun doesnt always cost. Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow -- Mary Anne Radmacher0

Well, some money chat.
I have 24p in the bank
I have £20 in my purse :j
I have more than £12 in the cultural fund (must count properly)
I have £2.50 in Nectar vouchers
I have food in for the week so don't need to spend anything really. I'm hoping to keep the £20 til the weekend and then I'm heading down to my parents for some chillout time. I'm off Thursday to do some serious cleaning and sorting and then Sat, Sun, Mon. Will go to the folks straight from work on Friday and come back up on Sunday pm.
Monday is payday :j and I head off for an overnight for work meetings and work dinner on Tuesday and then back up after another meeting on Wednesday.
So considering it's January tis all good. Bought my January piece of work clothing the other day and it's lovely. X'The road to a friends house is never long'0 -

Twas amazing Hypno!
Well money still okay but spent £1.81 in Sainsburys as the one with all the cheaper ranges is not the one near me that I normally use so I couldn't redeem my points. Fuming!
Had a lazy night, just called my bro and watched The Biggest Loser.
Off to bed soon. What an exciting life I do lead!!! It will all be different after payday!!!'The road to a friends house is never long'0 -
Right then, quick money post
I have £20 in my purse (this should be £0 but I have taken this from my overdraft account which I pay £30 into every month to bring it down - not great but not bad considering it was Jan)
I have £13.36 in my culture fund :j
I have spent £99.79 on food this month :eek::eek:. This is shocking. Some months it's been £40 but this is thanks to the diet. Had to be done though.
Had a day off and have done some cleaning today but have more cleaning and organising to do tonight. Will also be doing a spot of ironing and reading Nigella for my meal plan for next month. I need to eat well and healthily but also a bit more cheaply of course.
In other news Mummy has treated me to a lovely new coat. This is it. She saw it the other day and thought of me and wants me to have it for all my travelling about so she transferred me the money. :A

Ooooh lovely coat :heartpuls
In the nicest possible way I am a teeny weeny bit smug as I have spent less on my groceries than you this month
.
I know you have lost loads of weight instead & believe me I'd rather be 8lb lighter than £25 up but as this will probably be the only time it ever happens, just let me wallow for a few minutes
Happy cleaning - cant wait to get my place in order again tomorrow & will be having another wardrobe clear out too.0 -
Yep Gill, it's red!
Lula be as smug as you like my love. It's a hell of a lot of money to spend on food for sure while you are doing really well this month. X'The road to a friends house is never long'0
