Yes I have, bought an FM transmitter from them a few months back (see thread on here somewhere), takes ages to arrive, but when it does its a "gift" from Hong Kong. As long as you don't want it soon it will be ok0 -

Unfortunately I can't get the thing to charge even with trying the tricks above.
I get the rapid red flash to constant green when I first plug in, and then if I try switching on the headset and then the mains off and on it flickers red and then constant green again.
Any more tips?
Can you check to make sure the headset is switched on ? (There is a little switch on the unit itself).
Sorry if you already did this.0 -

The seller on eBay is the SAME company!British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -
I am in the same boat all. Remains steady green whilst charging but ceases to work or show any sign of life when turned on. Useless. I think we need to get the name of the individual who provisioned this stock and via trading standards, hang him/her out to dry.

Wrong company. Benq and Dataselect are not the same thing. Benq RMA line will not be interested in Dataselect's duff bankrupt stock purchase!British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -
For anyone living near Sheffield, the Vodafone store at the Crystal Peaks shopping centre had Jabra, Motorola, Nokia and Sony Ericsson Bluetooth headsets for either £10 or £15.
These aren't the latest models but they are very recent models.
For £30 you can get the Sony Ericsson HBH PV705, which is going currently for £34.89 plus delivery on Amazon.co.uk0 -
I hope everyone out there is getting refunds OK on this. Paid £22.93 (2 x £9.99 + £2.95 postage), returned the items, got £34 refunded, but then got charged a random £17 the same day.
This leaves me £5.93 out of pocket on this experience, and a little closer than I was before to the grim reaper. I have a sour taste in my mouth.
I can contest the additional £17 charge with my bank, but get charged an extra £5 if that doesn't work out - it's not worth my hassle.
For what it's worth, I've emailed Attiq Khan from dataselect.co.uk one final time

Dataselect are a bunch of crooks.
No refunds on my card yet!British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -
I was charged 39.96 on statement from data-select invoice,
CC statement showed 22.93
Credited 39.96 so it was worth my while for a pile of tat!
Will watch out for next statement though! But first, the most asked question:
Q "Is anything worn under your kilt???"
A "No. Everything is in perfect working order Thank You!!."0
