I have been told that postmen/women were sent home saturday because of the snow, this isn't a vent as such but why on earth would they be sent home? Also as of yet i still haven't seen any deliveries today.

Because the RM have a duty of care for their staff and don't want them slipping and breaking a leg as people are more important than pacrels perhaps?0

Our postie has done a great job (work and home) but it did take 2 weeks for a copy of Fifa to get to me (it was a case of bottom of the pile on day 1, then doing day by day processing and working to the bottom of the pile...ggrrrr!).
What is annoying is having a re-direction set up, paying for this service and having some things actually being posted to the old address! Ggrrr!0 -

Loads of businesses sent their staff home early when it snowed. Would you rather your employees are safe at home or struggling home or stranded?The man without a signature.0
