Had £27.40, made £10 from cupcakes leaving £37.50
Work lunches came to £10, and I am never ever doing that again! In future if I leave my lunch at home I either go hungry or I buy something cheaper from a store next door  Left £27.50, I spent £16.00 in poundworld today for occ boxes which should leave £11.50... But somehow I have £13.40, unsure how but I am not complaining :rotfl:
Tomorrow I will put £10 in my new savings account and the £3.40 will be kept for emergencys. NSD's are at 7/24... Payday is Friday :T Budget for the coming month....
£160.00 ~ Rent
£10.50 ~ House Insurance
£35.00 ~ BT
£19.00 ~ Dog Insurance
£140.00 ~ Loan
£80.00 ~ Petrol
£10.00 ~ RAC
£80.00 ~ Car Tax
£328.95 ~ Argos
863.45
Thats £13.45 over my basic income so fingers crossed I get a bit more if not some of Argos will have to wait until next month. Mum has one payment outstanding on that so it should be cleared before payday in November
Going the right way...0 -
So on Monday I put £7 in savings (need to get online banking for that though), purchased a tree book for £6 and brought a drink while waiting for Mum 25p :T Leave's me skint until payday but hey I have some savings

Still no wage slip so unsure how much I will be payed but I will have to set asside a bit of money because I have some expenses which I didn't have a week ago. Firstly new flea treatment for the dog, he used to have frontline which I got online reduced but its not working anymore. The vet has a new treatment which is only £5 more expensive for 3 months so will try that. I am also buying a new griddle pan and some different foods as result of the tree book. So I think I may have to pay £100 to Argos in November, but as I have till December to pay it off I am happy with that... We shall see what my income is this month first

Having a bad week and today doesn't seem like it will be the turning point
Wage is rubbish less than my min (I had a holiday last 'month'), Mum has both my cards so no access to my money (so can't buy flea treatment or set up online banking for my saver), my right eye is yet again weeping and in pain and finally I can't seem to do anything right with anything.
However one positive is I will be following the tree book to the letter no matter how many extra pounds it costs
So my budget looks like...
£845.00 in
£534.50 base bills
£311.00 left
So £200 to Argos (inc mum's £40), £5.00 to saving (to test internet banking), £8 recpie book and £10 credit
£88.00 left for Argos/saves if not used in the month.
That leaves £168 to Argos which will be payed next month :j
So the happy things to look forward to this month, new challenge and new way of life, hiking in the woods (will cost about £20 extra in petrol/parking) and reduced hours. Just over 2 months until the new year :T
One question, when in the month do I buy my new car tax? I want to do it online but can I do it now and still have 6months or will it only allow 5months on my new disc? Should I wait until the 20th-25th?0 -
I normally do car tax on or around the 20th to ensure it gets to you in time. It will be valid for six months - reminder normally says start date.0

Many thanks Dangers, shall order it then

Ok, so was a little bad today and spent £28.42 in Tesco. That includes £5.50 for occ boxes, some groceries for Mum and some spices for me. I also have bagged a kinect sensor for £40 bit :T and
about this. Its over £90 cheaper than new which is great but I can't technically afford it this month. But it means getting my fitness aid back, just need to find a cheap 360 now but will wait until xmas and ask for money to get one.
So that technically leaves £0 for the remainder of the month  Can be done though, just worried because of the food situation...0 -
£40 is an amazing price PAP - well done :money:
I've ended up doing my car tax on the last day of the month before, as long as it's ordered then it's okay.No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
Thanks Gem, I just couldn't turn a price like that down. I also have people clubbing together to get me the console for christmas :T
So money side of things, got the kinect and I also ordered my birthday gift (£16), its not until Feb next year but I can imagine the tickets selling like hot cakes now (those of you on facebook will understand). So in effect I have less to pay to Argos now. However what I am going to do is leave my accounts as they are, not use them for the coming week and then I should know where I stand on how much excess I have left over. I am hoping for £150 to go to Argos which would help out loads. I have also asked Mum to start giving me some of the London money she owes me so I can use that to pay off my Argos bill next month. Hopefully she will give me about £60
So thats me
Anoher week coming up, a week nearer christmas  0 -
