I've emailed them , no response as yet. What are they normally like when something goes wrong? I'm quite new to Boots.com, so don't know.

They are quite good with returns and exchanges but they are pretty rubbish at answering emails. Might be worth giving them a ring instead.0 -

Then in their current brochure is a voucher for 200 points on any no 7 sun product.
I have been in a few times and each time I buy 2 products for maximum£2.75[sunscreen f15] then get another brochure for another points voucher.I have amassed nearly £20 in points for a spend of about £15 .
Yep, they're 75% off in my local Boos as well, plus you get the 200 extra points too. Oh, AND they're BOGOF!
Boots is great again, what with the free Body Science products and all0 -
so if you buy the lipscreen for £1.37 you get two of them as they are on BOGOF plus you get 400 points which means a gain of £2.63 which means if you buy 10 lipscreens you pay £13.70 and get back £26.30.Shocking or what?Go get themhalf scottish half italian :100%moneysaver0

Visited boots today, and used both of my cards, as i have 2 in the same name. Put them in the machine one gave me a 50 points for a meal deal the other which i have NO points on gave me 200 points, so i printed that of got a £2.39 meal and used the 200 points voucher with my card that has all my points on. The girl said that it was a good deal which i knew anyway. Then she asked me if i had got my free foot cream from out of the brochure. I said that i had checked and they had none in stock. She took me to where the foot creams should have been and said that since Friday you could have anything out of that range. Because the foot creams had all gone straight away. Even the most expensive item which was £6 odd was on offer. I chose a leg cream for daughter at £4 odd and she scanned it then scanned the foot voucher out of the mag and hey presto it came up free.
So to all of you who are waiting for the foot cream, go and choose something else from that range, and take it to the till and tell them that you have heard this and it works. Well it did for me.0 -

Incredibly cruddy packing. The green nobule on one of my martini stirrers was boken, but I cant be bothered to get in tocu to complain.0 -
i got a free firming body lotion today, should have been £6.95. i also bought something else to see if i'd be able to use my 50 points free if spending over £7.50 coupon, and also gave them my double points coupon. worth a try i thought. anyway, i didn't get the total spend points and the double points coupon only gave me extra points on the small item, so only 2 points lol! i picked up another magazine so will get something else free tomorrow - the only body science items my boots had in stock were exfoliating scrub, sculpting mousse and hair minimiser cream. i got the last firming gel. it's not very moisturising, hasn't made my arms feel soft but maybe it will work on my rapidly expanding belly to reduce the stretch marks, and at least it was free :-)
i got sent a coupon a couple of weeks ago for points if buying a green meal, and the machine today offered i think 20 points when buying a meal, i wonder if i can use both together? will try it tomorrow :-)52% tight0 -

I didn't get that great a deal unfortunately! No lipscreens, the cheapest thing was £2.11 (a face suncream or something). Also, I only got the 200 points once (so no extra points for the thing that was free in the BOGOF). But bearing in mind I didn't even know they were BOGOF in the first place, I was happy to pay 44p each for a couple of nice suncreams
And yes, I tried using a total spend voucher when I got the free Body Science thingy but it didn't work for me either. Oh well, can't complain.

Don't think they will let you use a machine coupon and a mailed-out coupon together on the meal deal, will be one or the other due to the one coupon per transaction rule.
Go and have a go though, some cashiers are better than others - i find the Retail Park is generally better with coupons than the Eastgate Centre, and seeing as it's the Retail Park that actually has the Meal Deals now i might get away with it but would seriously doubt it. Could buy two meal deals on the same day and do two seperate transactions then you could probably use both, but not on the same item i would have thought these days.my advantage_card is like gold dush0 -
I received my Boots order and I had ordered the "Dirt Devil" vacuum, but when my order arrived it was not in the box but the invoice said that it was. I phoned there help line and was told it was sold out and they do not know if they are getting any more to which I said I only ordered the other things because I wanted the Hoover, they said they would put me on mailing list, however I got a confirmation email this morning saying my order had been dispatched and it says that the "vacuum" is included. It seems to me that they have forgot to place it with my order and have now sold out, has anyone any suggestions?Regards

Oh dear..............an MSE non complainer! Whatever next?
Give them a ring, as was suggested to me. I rang yesterday afternoon and they are sending me another 2 sets of glasses out.
My stirrers were both broken and one of the Tequila shot glasses. I told the CS operator that the actual glasses were ok, but he said he'd send another lot because of the stirrers.
And ....................he said I don't need to return the ones I have
So I'll have a couple of spares now.
