no tampons for me either, the only thing worth printing was the 50 points if spending £7.50 voucher. i picked up a mag with the coupon for the foot cream in but didn't have time to use it. hopefully out boots will stock it - very kind of them to give it for free :-)

am confused - my mum has advantage card and gets the boots magazine through post along with loads of double points vouchers etc with it in letter form... since i have had my card i havent ever received the mag through the post or any kind of coupons etc!! is my mum just a jammy,lucky old cow or does everyone get these apart from me?? :mad:

if u do get this then HOW???!

The magazine is not longer sent out as of last May, you collect it every 2 months in the shops, if your branch has them as apparetnly nto all do, and anyone can get one, free if you have a boots advantage card £1 if not. Mailshots to advantage card holders happens every so often depending on how much and how oftne youve hsopped and hwat you have bought, but they don't seem to be so good as they used to. Im hoping ill get the points for £7.50+ and the free sanitary items, but knowing my luck not likely - will have to use machine as that is the only way to get online order poitns and one's arrived and a second one is due by wednesday.

Does anyone have any idea when the next Boots double or better still triple Advantage Card points offer will be on or is it something that Boots announce without warning? I fancy a Panasonic DVD recorder that's in stock @ some of Boots stores costing about £160 so double or triple Advantage card points would make it a better deal.

Might be worth checking your details online or ringing them to check that you've opted in for mailshots. I did this and found out I wasn't (by default as I hadn't unclicked it somewhere along the line).

I received my first ever mailshot a month or so ago with the double pts voucher - so looks like I made it on to the hit list somehow.

Does anyone know how many heath and beauty magasines you are allowed per month? I ask cause on friday i went in and got my 07 reduced bogof and never noticed the lip protector £2.70 bogof and 200 points so both for 79p, so askd if i could get anoth mag for another 200 points,sure was the reply so she scanned both magasines against same card (2 transactions) and both free, then yesterday went in and got mother in law some stuff again i lifted 2 magasines and both 200 points vouchers scanned again.

Don't know, but I've had 4 so far (on two different cards).

Got a free pantyliners voucher from the machine yesterday, and as it didn't specify which ones (only said Boots pantyliners), I picked the most expensive ones Wonder if the voucher will pop up again on the same card?

Also there was a 200 points on Gillette for women, which came in handy.

I've printed a voucher off, useed it and gone back to the machine to print a second one on the same day before now. And when I haven't been feeling too well, I've printed the voucher twice and used both in separate transactions on same day too. It never occurred to me that this might not be allowed

The Boots Novie is back again.

Amount of magazines - im not sure to be honest. One time in December i took the Xmas gift guide down for the rents to flip through and the magazine so they oculd check the ocupons for me as i am visually impaired and cannot read the book - well the stupid mother went and threw out the magazine and i was gutted as this was the one that had so many poitns on the nuts and raisisn but it took some time for our branch to get them in - well after this i had gone into th shop and the magazine was lying on the till and the snootty nosed lady said i already had that one and would NOT let me have another one.

Sometimes i think the staff at the Eastgate Centre, Inverness branch think it's their own personal maagazines and coupons they are delaing iwth - I find i have less hassle about coupons and such luck @ the smaller-sized Retail Park outlet but as someone who doesn't drive a car it is very difficult to visit without a relation in tow, sigh.

Double/Triple Points days - I am afraid Boots do not give even their staff advance notification of when these are about to occur, let alone the general public. So you only find out when they put the signs up in the shop or when it's on the telly I'm afraid - i did one time buy more stuff because it was Triple Points as it was near a birthday and i didn't know when the next one would be and the assistant siad i was right to do so as they don't even know when it will be.

If they make it next week I will be gutted as ive jsut given boots.com a total of £143.00 in two seperate orders - one lot had to be delivered by next week and another had to be ordered by last Wednesday to use a promotional code, sigh.
