    DS tea made & eatenish
Soup liquidised, put in tubs, labelled - to freezer once cool
Moam household is having freezer odds and ends tonight & tomorrow, drawers now sorted out (washed earlier) but must do better with labels - cooked mince was found to be chicken cacciatore :o
Waddled through slush/snow/ice to put veg bits into compost heap
Found the glass/cans recycling tub underneath the snow & put stuff out (worktop looks miles bigger without the cans adornment)
    Emptied bins
    Washed up
    Changed WM & TD over
DS said "homesade soup is just the best isn't it mummy" and wants some tomorrow.....he can stay :j :rotfl:

    Moam

HHWrap next of bits from town - we're just about there on presents
Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

Ishtar - go to bed, while you are 'coping' no one is going to intervene (she says bitterly)
Pigpen - hope it starts working again fast
mumto5 - ouch, fast healing vibes for you
Lil-me - much sympathy on the missing parcels

Martial arts cancelled due to burst pipe so dont need to do that job, and I have sorted the washing and put a few books away. Still need to iron DH work shirts for the rest of the week. *yawns*

Last of my present parcels arrived today (feel guilty posting that when others are suffering) so I just need to get everything wrapped. Have made a start on this, need to make myself do so many every night. DH is out tomorrow night so probably drag the bulk of it down to do then.

Mumto5 - Keep taking the tablets......

    Pigpen - Oh no!!!

Have done some flying interspersed with coughing and rest. Off to tackle the hob then look at my lists. I am only doing what is ABSOLUTELY necessary.
I am aiming to go to work in the morning then BIL and SIL will be here late afternoon. Really CBA with them. OMG I have turned into a right grumpy old woman.....
Mind you these are the pair who didnt have me on any of their official wedding photos despite the fact that DH was best man. Bah.......

    Pigpen......again? Isn't it a new system?

Decided as heating was on I would jump in the shower ( sorry piggers) so haven't made a start downstairs yet as just got distracted by an offer of extra pennies for our swimming group :D so was on the phone sorting that out.

Think I best make a start as nobody else has moved today,........
One day I might be more organised...........

We have a major leak on the thermosatic valve in the hallway.. so we now have no heating and no hot water.. again! The boiler was only repaired last Wednesday after 4 days without heating or hot water... I am thankful it is NOT New Year.. it usually is!
