Well I would've uploaded a picture, but can't find my cable for my phone (or the box) anywhere! I wonder where that has gone - found the boxes and phones for 2 of my old phones, but not for this one! I've definitely had the cable etc since we've moved here, as the software has been uploaded to the computer. It's really annoyed me now!

Bit of an extended HHC but I've:

    S&S bathroom and en suite
    Cleared bathroom floor
    Hoovered bathroom
Test driven my new mop on bathroom floor
    Cleared en suite floor
Cleared en suite windowsill & wiped
Emptied bathroom & en suite bins
    Put shopping away
Remembered to get mince out freezer for dinner (bit late oops!)

Probably shouldn't jinx it but I'm amazed at how well DS & DD are playing together today, they usually fight non stop!

Going to put the WM on again and then have a housework break and make a start on my last custom order before Christmas, sewing a handbag for the daughter of the lady who owns the sweet shop opposite our flat. I love the fabric she has chosen and think I'll make myself a purse out of the scraps :D

  • Gah! Horrible teenage son came home at lunchtime with a couple of friends and I've just seen the kitchen. All the slush/grit/dirt on their shoes from the street is now all over my nice clean floor! I hate to think what the hall carpet has absorbed. I am seriously considering making our home a shoe free area. Ugh Ugh Ugh!
Saving up £25000/£3500 by Jan 1st 2012 by selling my clutter. Remember I'm doing it for Dad.
Textiles, languages, travel and a lovely home are not stupid things to want. You have immediate family's support.Appreciate what I've achieved so far. Other people's opinion of me is none of my business.

Well veggie sausage rolls are in the oven along with some mini mincemeat puffs (like the ones you get in the supermarkets hopefully) to use up the rest of the pastry. Spoke to Moon on the phone, and I think he's moved the phone stuff somewhere (he claimed it was getting in his way when he installed the new printer). Hunger and PMT have combined to make a very grumpy mouse! There goes the timer on the oven - hopefully the food will improve my mood.

Hugs Greenbee :A Life sounds complicated!

Went into town earlier with hubby to try and get my xmas present, tried on the boots i really wanted and then didn't like them on, so don't know what i'm getting now:o
Went for coffee and waffles at my friends new coffee shop, it was lush! Fresh buttermilk waffles with maple syrup and strawberries - nomnomnom. Would love to own my own little shop like that, he just opened it with his wife and it looks fab.

Not much point in cleaning today as hubby is intending to sand the ceiling and walls tomorrow after plastering today:eek: So am tidying in preparation for the cleaning i'll have to do tomorrow.
Just amended my food order at Waitrose, is hopefully being delivered on thursday night - fingers crossed:) Meal planned the rest of this week and beginning of next.

    Hi all,

I'm in again. I'm feeling very very rough. Full of cold.
BIL and SIL are coming to stay on Wednesday but just for 1 night. However, it means that everywhere has to be decent. Spare room has become a dumping ground again :o

Off to print the list and make a start

    Tomorrow is a mystery
    Today is a gift
