havent had one in agggggggggggeeeeeeeeess and didnt think i was ging to, it's for thursday but better than nothing, as i was going to miss the start anyway as im working til 6pm xmas eve!

just wondering if anyone can help - ill be at work when i have my slot but can take my break and use my phone
i d/led the app but cant really see how i would use it n the sale as you need to log in via the link ?
so will it be easier to just use the normal website rather than the app ?? thx xx

Hi all, i also got my 1st ever slot for Thursday 2-11pm. Can i ask am i only allow to log on once to do my shop or can i go on as much time as i like within my time slot 2-11pm? Also, any tips for a 1st time VIP buyer?

You can log in any many times as you like during your slot and place as many orders as you like (you will get charged P&P for each order but you can email/phone them and they will usually only charge you once) As for tips
Try and write your list before your slot and use quickshop
Be patient - as the system is usually really slow (and very frustrating) but bare with it and don't refresh!

To the sale experts, can you put your order in the basket before your slot. Will it update the prices once I am in my slot.

Well I had no idea that any of this malarky went on!!!!! Have just signed up for an online account because I really fancy a suit that they've got which they don't sell in our tiny local store. Is it worth holding on until next week to see if I can get one in the sale or should I just say 'stuff it' and buy it at full price? I take it that regular customers can't buy in the sale while all of this VIP stuff is going on :question:

Betsy, this is from the Next help section: "If you have started shopping and adding to bag, if you leave your shopping bag idle for 20 minutes your bag will be emptied and you will need to start again."

no, as you need to sign in via the sale link that was sent to you, therefore anything that was in your basket won't be there, or if you don't go via the sale link you'd be charged full price.
