Or it's people who've seen it in the listing, gone and bought it at full price with the intention of returning it and buying it back at the sale price. Trouble is, if everyone has the same notion, it doesn't go in the sale and you end up with nothing, or paying full price.

I find it a bit sneaky so don't do it myself, and wouldn't advise it for the reason above, but I do know people who have done it. Or maybe Next are getting wise to this trick and trying to do something about it - I hope so!

I have had a next account for 7 years, ordered 100-300 pounds of stuff each year, pay my bill off in full, have all boxes ticked for marketing & receive the hardcopy of the directory and never got an invite to a VIP slot

if you dont log in within 20mins of your starting time, you loose your slot

can I ask if any one knows with the time slot that is allocated to us can we place more then one order or will it log us out after the order?

as i have a slot between 6 - 11 and i want to do babystuff first before it goes and then stuff for me after will i be ok to do this or will It not let me?

I have my time slot for wednesday , does any one else have trouble geting stuff into their basket , it always says my basket is empty them i end up with 3 of the same thing , is it to do with 'cookies' ??

You will need to log in within 20 mins of your slot, but you will then be able to place as many orders as you wish up until 11pm. You will be charged the delivery charge for each order but if you email next and explain then they will usually only charge you one delivery fee.

Where is everyone getting the info that you have to log in within 20 mins of your slot starting time? I never saw that in the email, why would it say I have a slot 06:00-23:00 if you can't log in anytime within that time frame?

"If you do not add an item to your shopping bag within 20 minutes. You will be automatically logged out and you will lose your order." I read that as within any 20 mins of logging into the sale, not within 20 mins of your slot beginning, I don't think that that is true at all.
