Definately not true, as I have had a VIP slot for the last few years and have always paid my balance in full every month (and I've had my Directory for around 15 years!) I'm not sure that there really are any criteria, seems to be totally random and if I'm honest totally unfair. Although I'm always pleased when I get a slot I always notice that many people never get slots, and that's not a fair system! Next and Next alone know the selection process but I think its beyond any of us!

Like others have confirmed this is not the case I have a nil balance (always paid in full) and I have a slot.

Confused because I refused to have an account... didn't sign the credit agreement and instead paid for the postage rather than have an account.... but Next have sent me a VIP slot!!

Does anyone know if iPods are usually in the sale? I know the electricals section can only be seen once the sale goes live but just wondered if anyone knew from past sales. TIA.

Pretty sure I have seen the odd ipod nano and shuffle in the past, but they obviously go VERY quickly. I have never bought one myself.

Been given a vip slot, pay off banance in full and declined a directory as well,

Does anyone know if cashback via TCB will work during the VIP slot, if I link to Next via the TCB website, login under My Account and then place my order via the VIP link?
