Ah, I think just hit the nail on the head. How many of you with invites pay the bill off straightaway without incurring any interest? Maybe they are not 'making' any money [in interest] out of customers like me so do not want our custom anyway. Interesting thought.
Not true in my case. Have somehow ended up with £3500 credit limit, have never spent more than £50 in one go, always paid off in full everytime. Maybe order once, sometimes twice in a directory.
Always get a VIP invite summer/winter, though not the midseason sales.
Can't figure it out myselfNow proud Mumto3 :j0 -
Just looked at my mobile and had a text from them to say slots were available, typically I have been checking my emails waiting for a slot!Aiming to completely pay off the credit card in 2012!0

Good Luck to everyone that has slots.
Does anyone know whether the 7.30pm slot is the second slot, or is there a 6.30pm and 7pm slot before?
Thanks0 -

Us lot in the 7.30 slot are 2nd in line - it started at 6pm by the look of it and they get 1 1/2 hours then the 3rd timeslot starts at 9pm. HTH x0 -
I registered for this at midday today just after I received the SMS text, for the slot at 1800 on Weds. Good to see that the range of items is significantly greater than the mid-season VIP sale a few months back!
Does anyone know if TCB cashback can apply to VIP sale orders if logging in normally via the Next website and then clicking on 'VIP Sale' during the chosen time slot?0 -

I have had a Next Directory for about 15 years! and have always paid my statements in full. I had a VIP slot for about 5 years running previously so in my experience it doesn't make a difference althou sure they'd rather that I didn't do this!!!0 -
i never look at the preview as the stuff is never there when you eventually get on. even quickshop isnt quick enough as its taken from your basket when you check out. next should really sort that one out. last year as well it took over 8 weeks and 12 deliveries for me to get what i ordered!!!!:T0

I've just phoned them as I haven't received an email or text but they said they cannot give slots over the phone??!!!
I told them that I ONLY accept the numerous books from them to ensure I get a VIP slot but nope, there is nothing on my account! I have spent about £2500 on my account this year on furniture etc.. and was hoping to get my daughters bedroom furniture this sale but looks like I will have to look elsewhere instead now!0
