Also; CD WOW is rubbish! I ordered a DVD from Play.com and had it next day. I ordered one from CDWOW over 10 days ago and had the 'dispatched' email 3 days ago. Terrible service - I wouldn't use them at all if it wasn't for the vouchers, I wish Play and Pigsback would get together!

Just because you had your shipping email 3 days ago doesnt mean that it wasnt sent earlier, Wow generally send shipping emails late. I had Clerks 2 posted on friday and only got the shipping mail on monday

Does anyone know if you get any piggypoints back for shopping through pigsback with CD Wow-I didn't spend a great deal but it all helps !

10 points per pound spent - have to click on shop now on cdwow page of pigsback for it to track and points are normally added very quickly.

I've just had a reply back from querying the Tesco.com offer (300 points for first shop) and alas, it is your very first shop online with Tesco that they'd like to encourage, only brand new customers will qualify.

Now I've got to sort out if it was Mum or me who placed the one and only Tesco shop we've ever tried online.

But the good news is that for anyone like me looking at the new Il Divo cd for their Mum, it's gone down 50p since yesterday on CDWow, from £7.99 to £7.49 ;)

• naz.200 ....I saw that it's a spend of £100. Taken from PB site:

"This year, full of Christmas cheer, members who spend £100 or more in our Shop and Earn section from 13th Nov - 22nd Dec will earn a bonus 500 PiggyPoints! Your bonus PiggyPoints will be credited by 31st Jan."

quote]

But this is the quote from the Sizzler e mail

And, as it's (nearly!) Christmas, if you buy five presents or more from Shop & Earn between now and Christmas, you'll earn a bonus 500 PiggyPoints!

I am going to e mail them for clarification - especially as I have just been disappointed by the misleading banner for CD WOW

Anyone else ordered anything with CDWOW ? I would like to order some xmas pressies-some of the prices are very reasonable but if the delivery is unreliable then it isn't worth it. Also any news on the happy hour ?

ive been using CDWow for years - even before i started using PB and never had a problem generally recieve goods in 4/5 days - have had plenty of problems with Play.com being slow and sending out the wrong dvd on more than one occasion - i guess all company's make mistakes

We ordered 2 games from pigsback about a month ago on preorder.. they were released on the same day, yet a week later, we were still waiting for both.

One had apparantly been posted, yet hadn't arrived and the other was still waiting to be sent.. we were told there'd be a few days extra wait so we waited and waited, nothing changed so we called again and were told 10 more days before dispatch - we cancelled order and got a refund in the end as we could have gone and bought them for the same price from a shop on the day of release, or pre-ordered from someone else and still had them delivered on the actual day of release.

Won't be using them again in a hurry as they're not even the cheapest around.

Just to chip in my tuppence, I've always found CD-wow very reliable, and very often the cheapest.
I ordered 4 DVDs and 3 turned up within 5 days (including a weekend).
Thats not bad service from half way across the world!

If you want something quickly then take yourself to a shop, but expect to pay a little more for the privilidge.

And besides, where else can you earn a £50 voucher for free, and then still get 500 piggy points worth £5 when you use it?
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
