I did the audible too.. and I didn't get ANY emails from them.. I can log in to my account though.. most bizarre.
When I rang them about it they didn't understand why either.
Any suggestions?LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Nope - still £7.99 for me - no £1 off either - have just mailed CD-WOW to ask why (not had anything from them re the promo no longer running) and have ppinted out that if someone takes advantage of a promotion in good faith then it is unfair not to honour it (yes I know it's only £1 - but its the principle!!)
SO if it is Pigsback that have made the error maybe we should be asking them to credit our accounts with 100 extra points to make up for the £1 missed?0 -

And whilst I'm whingeing, can I remind people that it is quite possible to delete your duplicate posts by pressing the "Edit" button? A fair few posts recently have been of the "Oops" kind which could have been deleted.
Maybe it's because I'm hungry ...Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930 -

You should definitely have had a cancellation confirmation; did they confirm on the phone that they won't be taking any money off you?
Unusually with Audible, you can still log in and see your account details after cancellation; it just becomes sort of 'dormant'.0 -
