I've been using CDWOW for years and never had a problem. They always have great prices and loads of DVDs from other regions. Remember they're based in Hong Kong so even if you received a "dispatched" email 3 days ago (especially taking into account that was the weekend) it won't arrive instantly!

Was beating myself up for deleting it.... I really don't think i did....and now convinced i didn't get one. Have emailed back with cancellation email and the username from audible (which still lets me in???)so will just have to wait and see i suppose.

I would have agreed until recently. Never had a problembefore but pre ordered Oasis in September and i only received it today (its been in the shops for a fortnight almost!!!) On Amazon you get the preorders the day of release. It took an email to get it sent too. I am also waiting for a DVD ordered last Tuesday.
I only order from CD Wow if it is cheaper than Amazon - as i think their service is better.

loobylou80 - don't be put off using them!!!!! As long as you are not in a hurry at the moment.

Wish me luck-ordered my boys xmas pressies fro CD WOW-didn't get any benefit from the happy hour but I did have an e voucher so maybe they can't be used together. Thanks for all your feedback I hope my delivery arrives before Xmas !!!!
