I have been trying to get my points from pigsback since early July. I have made regular emails to them and they did suggest they had a problem with 3 mobile. However in my recent reply from them they seem to be suggesting I did not buy from pigsback and I now have to prove it. It was so long ago I do not have the emails with this proof. This is a copy of the email they just sent me. Beware anyone who is thinking of buying a 3 mobile phone contract through Pigsback.

Has anyone heard anything about the mugs that were supposedly given away when the makeover occurred? I got an email to say I had won one but I haven't received it. I moved house 2 weeks ago but I am having my mail forwarded and I changed my address on Pigsback the day I moved, so that shouldn't have been a problem.

some people have had the same problem and emailed pigsback and they rectified it .. email them let then know you aint got it..

I have a friend that has been waiting on 3 points for about 3 months now. I introduced her to Pigsback and I will be really, really dissapointed if they don't honour the £100 back. She could have gone instore and gotten a free gift or a slightly cheaper contract but she wanted the points thinking she could get Boots vouchers for Christmas. Reading all this, she'd be lucky to get them by Easter, if at all!

After waiting 3 months for 1000 Skilljam points I made a decision not to buy through Pigsback unless it was the cheapest deal or the best place to buy from anyway as the points are a bonus and not to be guaranteed at all.

Also; CD WOW is rubbish! I ordered a DVD from Play.com and had it next day. I ordered one from CDWOW over 10 days ago and had the 'dispatched' email 3 days ago. Terrible service - I wouldn't use them at all if it wasn't for the vouchers, I wish Play and Pigsback would get together!

Argh - on my account I am 60 points short of 4,000 to order 4 x £10 Boots vouchers. On OH account he's 30 points short of 650, which we'd get a cinema voucher with... and then I'd get 100 points for referral, unlocking my 4,000 points! Frustrating... nice when it does finally happen tho!

has he done garlik for 50pts? the reason i say is that it was posted on here the other day and i had never noticed it before. he'll get them tomorrow provided he follows the link in the email they'll send to validate the account tonight. therefore, he will have 680 and get cinema voucher and you will get the referral and your boots vouchers!!

3 mobile are a nasty, evil company anyway (had LOADS of problems with them). they offer great deals to entice people in but then end up causing more trouble that it's worth! would not suprise me if they try and wriggle out of the £100 - i know it's Pigsback's offer but I am sure that 3 have to give PB some money for the referrals. BOOOOO 3 MOBILE :mad:
