    Er ... If you wish to propose as an item for debate the politics of the BNP then I think you should be courteous enough to do so as a separate thread. :D

    Gawd no. I'd never propose the BNP as an item for debate. ;)

    I dont see what the BNP has to do with anything, certainly they have NOTHING to do with this thread, nor would I want anything to do with the BNP, even at the cost of letting this scumbag remain in the UK.

    I find the BNP will try to jump on the bandwagon of just about anything to gain recognition, and if anyone disgusts me MORE than this murdering S,O,A,B. Its the thought of the BNP trying to use a case like this to gain popularity. This case has absolutely ZERO to do with race, prejudice or propaganda.

    Anyone else thinking of voting BNP at the next election? Don't get me wrong I think a lot of BNP supporters are mindless thugs, but if voting BNP sends a message to the main political parties I think it is a worthwhile thing to do.

    If you vote BNP then you are no better then them.. They are a disgusting racist bunch of idiots whose only party line is whites in power= more harmony.

    only an idiot would ever vote for them

    I'll be honest the BNP is really just a protest vote. But they do voice a lot of concerns felt by a lot (most?) people in the UK regarding immigration.

    Why label the BNP an "affront to civilised life"? Surely they are only excercising their democratic rights to form a political party? If they were out trashing cars and rioting i bet you'd come on this forum and say they should start a political party to express their views.

    How can you say that BNP supporters have not got "fully functioning brains"? It's quite a statement to make, do you have any evidence to back it up? Is that not the type of thing that was said in 1930's Germany about Jews/ gypsys/ East Europeans etc? If I said something like that about an ethnic group I could (quite rightly) get a prison sentence.

    The fact remains that a lot of people feel immigration is out of control. I think it safe to say the main political parties seem unable or unwilling to do anything about it. So what do people do? They could feel bad about it or vote BNP as a protest vote.

    I know of a BNP member who is a member of Mensa so for all they might hold stupid opnions not all of them have really low IQs

    Why does everyone assume the BNP is racist, their views are not mine and i know nothing of their policies. and i probably say most people on this thread don't know either the media tag them as racist and know nothing of their policies. We have freedom of expression and anyone with racist or any other views have that right guaranteed.

    tbh looking at the BNP's immigration policy i'm staggered at how sensible it seems. I love the last policy :)

    If this asylum seeker had been kicked out of the country the girl would still be alive.

    - Deport all the two million plus who are here illegally;
    - Deport all those who commit crimes and whose original nationality was not British;
    - Review all recent grants of residence or citizenship to ensure they are still appropriate;
    - Offer generous grants to those of foreign descent resident here who wish to leave permanently;
    - Stop all new immigration except for exceptional cases;
    - Reject all asylum seekers who passed safe countries on their way to Britain.

    The IQ test is an arbitrary way to measure a certain kind of intelligence. An IQ of 191 doesn't guarantee that you could beat Kasparov at chess: some people are good at chess, but bad at poker; for others it's the reverse. If that weren't so, politics would be defined by intelligence with one political party full of geniuses and another full of morons!

    In the same way, intelligence doesn't determine how "nice" a person is. The BNP's politics might well make life worse for the non-natives (by reducing their chances of employment, say), but this might actually make things slighly better for white natives (by giving them a corresponding increase in their job prospects)... if they could live with such an unfair and corrupt system.

    So, in a nutshell, it's quite possible for someone to score highly on an IQ test, but have a childish maliciousness about them which makes them want to vote for a racist party.

    So therefore we should be tough on asylum seekers? Is that really your logic? Well... most logic doesn't require hindsight to prove a point, so I guess not.

    A bus driver hit and killed a girl near me recently. Should we kick bus drivers out of the country?

    I also saw a "hoodie" caught red-handed for shoplifing. Should we ban hoods? Deport teenagers? Something must be done! It's political-correctness gone mad!
