Your first two points prove that he would have been here regardless. His offences up to hitting the girl (in an accident, not murder) were petty.
Sorry, but the way I see it, it stopped becoming an accident the moment he left the scene, as a result, she died.

The fact he deliberately drove a car whilst banned was no accident either, had he stayed we could say it was manslaughter, but the instant he thought only about himself, and left her to die, he murdered her.

This used to be a fantastic country to live in but now we've become a soft touch because of the liberal do gooders and it will only get worse in the next years......

My thoughts exactly. He's no better than someone who kills with a gun or knife.

I don't see that having children here with a UK resident should entitle him to stay here. To say that will simply open the doors to any illegal immigrant to get pregnant by/make pregnant a UK resident in order to guarantee their own residency.

He had twice been refused asylum status. Regardless of his despicable crime and clearly criminal nature, I really don't see why he is still here. If his ex-partner is that bothered she can go home to Iraq with him.

If he cared that much about his children he would not have done anything that would have an effect on them - like burglary, assault, driving offences etc.

    Some facts, rather than fantasy.

The illegal immigrant in this case is a violent thug with a criminal record. The thug racked up that record *after* arriving illegally. The thug already had that record prior to driving without a licence or insurance when the fatal accident occurred and he ran from the scene, leaving a 12-year-old girl dying under the wheels of the car.

In its wisdom, the judicial authorities figured four months' jail time was sufficient.

In its wisdom, the judges at an immigration court have decided the thug is as entitled to have his human rights protected as any other individual who happens to be a father of children and living in the UK.

The judges all too clearly took the narrowest interpretation available in reaching their decision, discounting entirely the individual's past record and treating as an enduring fact the individual's current, and convenient, family status when no assurance exists anywhere that this status will be continued.

Given the man's history of violence, theft and harassment, in the wake of each one of which he has promised never to commit wrong-doing again, the probability of him committing further crimes, and of dumping the family to whom he has -- ostensibly -- made such a commitment, is high.

Over-turning the immigration court's ludicrous judgment and chucking this thug out of the country may actually be the best service that anyone can render to his UK-based family.

Since he killed the little girl he has been caught driving again while banned. I personally think the Father of the victim has shown a lot of restraint, if it was my daughter then i would be locked up myself now for what i would do to the scumbag.
CAMERON IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE BOSS OF THIS COUNTRY SO HE SHOULD TELL THESE 'HUMAN RIGHTS' JUDGES TO SHUT THE F**K UP AND KICK THIS MAN OUT AND ANY OTHER INTERLOPER WHO COMES HERE BUT DOESNT WANT TO LIVE BY OUR LAWS
    Be Alert..........Britain needs lerts.

Question: How many asylum seekers would you say are single males?
Answer:Probably somewhere in the region of 90-98% minimum

Where on earth do you get those figures? Did you make them up? Many assylum seekers come from cultures in which women are expected to stay at home if they don't have a chaperone or husband to escort them, so you won't see as many women in public.

Without wanting to be a pedant, neither of the bolded points are true.

If only he'd been stoned, then the Daily Mail would have got the trifecta of Asylum Seekers, Think Of The Children and Cannabis Horror. The latter of which bugs the hell out of me - far far more accidents are caused by booze, yet they don't make the front pages.
