i dont think the FORD comment made anyone look rediculous0 -
I did slow down in a safe enough manner. Any slower and it would have been unsafe according to the highway code.0

You didn't think very hard then

To summarise, the Fiesta gets a Reliability Index rating of 41.24 where 100 is the average, above 100 is bad and below 100 is good.
On a personal note, I have a Fiesta and a Mercedes, both from new. The Fiesta has been a great car, only one recall by Ford for something that had never affected us anyway. The Merc has been sh*te, never been recalled but I have had to take it in 4 times already for warranty work... would never have one again, overpriced and useless IMHO.0 -
Er. Where in the highway code does it say we should go so slow that we might as well go back to the man with a red flag law?0

I know someone who is trying to fight the same kind of case as you, good luck it's been over a year and they got nothing. I drove through a pothole myself in a cheap car and it was damaged. If you reported this three times i'm guessing its due to the possible damage it could cause to your and other cars. If you now damaged your car by going through it, i would think it's the fault of the driver. Sorry0

So I have to suck it up because I have no alternative, safe route to drive my car that will not damage it? We might as well all get on pushbikes, but we'll all fall off them because of the holes and bumps.0
