    Hi otterspam,

    It does sound as though you have had the wrong manual included with your machine. You can download the fastbake manual that I have here as it includes instructions for 1lb, 1.5lb and 2lb loaves.

    I'll add your query into the morphy richards fastbake thread as it may help other fastbake users.

    I'm afraid I don't know the model number. It doesn't seem to be on the machine and I don't have the box anymore. There's no model number on the manual either, even if I was sure it was right:o.

    I will check out the 2lb recipe and give it a try...

    Might get in touch with morphy richards too...there's a number on the machine/handbook. They might even send me out a better handbook if they have one.
