Yes if they have the stock and size color you want.0 -
I was at Bath store around 6pm - the assistants were all really helpful & friendly! There was one assistant stood with a rail with a selection of sizes, styles & colours showing people the different ones and letting them try them on, then I joined the queue of 3 people where a couple of assistants gave you the sort you wanted - typically the one I was after (same as I'd just tried on) was sold out, but they called over to the lady at the trying-on-rail and got her to hand that one to me, so worked out perfectly.
Thanks to OP for posting last night as I otherwise wouldn't have known.0 -

There are 3 entrances to the M&S in Newport, front, back and side. My friend and I were told there was a really long queue at the front, so we stayed at the back. Just after 9 the back door still wasn't open so we went in the side, only to discover that people we work with, who went past us whilst we were waiting at the back were quite close to the front of the queue inside.
After looking at them online last night, I was hoping for a lime green, but they didn't have any, so I ended up with one of the long plain ones with the tie at the front in a colour I would describe as airforce blue. I bought a 16, but as the arms are a lot snugger than I'm used it might have been better to get an 18.
Nevetheless I am a happy little bunny.
Oh and they stamped the tag on the cardigan and said if i wanted to return it, the tag would still need to be attached and it would have to be returned with the receipt supplied.
EDIT - They had sold out when I went back in at lunchtime.0 -
No way were these worth 35 quid even the ribbed which seems most popular. seems like another marketing ploy which we have all fallen for! saving grace for marks is they have a brilliant returns policy. no loss.0

They might not be worth £35 but that is what M+S would normally charge for such an item.
Except in this case they probably ordered about a million cardigans so they could make their entire Christmas profit today.
There will be a LOT of people wearing these cardigans!Total debt 11/1/2011 €5350.65Total debt 12/12/12 €3222.31CrazyClothesChallenge 2013 #006 €34.08/€5000
