Hi Cake, I'd like to keep my target at £20,000 for 2011, as that should get me around the £100k left mark and clear my unsecured element of my Together mortgage!

173 here - I'll keep the same target for 2011 of £5k please. As we're starting the NY with hubby with no work (eek!) then it should make for an interesting start... Ideally I'd have liked to increase it to 6k but will be sensible in view of job situation :)

Hope I'm not too late to join. My first ever!

OP target for 2011 is £20,000 (in my case the overall reduction in my mortgage). Aiming to have mortgage at just under £60k by 01/01/12.

    Cheers,

    Drew.

    Hi,

This would be my first challenge and I can't wait to carry on what I have started in 2010.

Could you please set my target as £2500.
    June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!
  • Hi cake!

Please set my target for 2011 at £1200. The payments will be a bit lumpy, as I probably don't need to overpay to clear the mortgage by 2012, but I have costed the overpayments and it's a realistic target.

Anyway, I managed to exceed my 2010 by almost £1000, so I think a smaller target for 2011 is well deserved:p

Thanks for doing 2011. See what you get when you do a good job!

    I love setting targets!

I sent a form, but thought I'd post as well, target to OP £2500 over the year and aim to have the mortgage below 100K by September 2011 (this is when fix ends)

I love all the diaries and general supportive attitude. Thanks Cake, you are officially Awesome!
