Thanks for doing the spreadsheet again this year.:T0 -
Hi Cake,
No 20 re-enrolling for next year.
Was wondering what target to go for, things a tad tighter at mo, but then I saw the £5k of last year already on the first post and thought I'd rise to the challenge.....I can but try!
Thanks for taking this on again.

Hi Cake 21
I would like to carry on but am off sick with a back injury and not being paid for it so I will keep to the same total as this year which is £2000

Just sent off the form, and then noticed you had already added me with £5k. Nothing like setting the standard before we start.
Some of us are really creatures of habit aren't we. :rotfl:
Thanks again for all your efforts, and the motivation from everyone who is on these boards doing the same thing. Hopefully the rates and fortune remain kind, and we all are really successful.0 -
Hi Cake,
I only managed one OP lump this year as I found out I'm being made redundant at the start of 2011. With that in mind I'm going to be conservative and aim for 1200 as my target as I will need to rebuild the emergency fund and replace my car (slid off the road on black ice).
I love being in the challenge tho and thanks for your work. My 2010 MFW no was 187 and my diary is at https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2485549Debt at highest: £8k. Debt Free 31/12/2009. Original MFD May 2036, MF Dec 2018.0 -
I'm number 102 and I'd like to do it next year but could you change my target to $15 000 AU?
Thanks

Oooooh - just spotted this
Looks like I've been automatically carried forwards to this 2011 challenge. Although I'd very much like to, there's absolutely no way I'll be able to continue with another £6k overpayment in 2011 as a lot of that was from savings in 2010.
I'll fire up the spreadsheet and get a revised number posted in due course!
Thanks cake,

Wow, I'm so glad I decided to carry on with the challenge for 2011. I admit, I was in two (or three!) minds about it, but seeing all the stretch targets that have been set already is an absolute inspiration. :j Just increased my own target as a result, no idea where it's going to come from...better get thinking0
