  • Happy New Year everyone

My January payment has been taken by the bank. This amount includes my overpayment which is paid automatically by direct debit. I have been off work since November with a back injury without pay so things are tight at the moment. I decided not to change the monthly payment and see how we go.

Off to change my signature as it will be out of date in 3 hours :D
Mortgage Free as of 31/5/11 :j:j:j:j:j:j:j

    Hi Cake

Thank you for all your hard work in 2010 :-)

We are only allowed to OP 10% of our balance so could you please amend our 2011 target to £9,000?

    Thanks!

    Lady (no 63) xx

    165 - hello again! here's to lots of OP's in 2011!

I'm upping my OP target for 2011 to £4000 which will be challenging for us but I'm positive we can beat it. Met our 2010 target in September and it was an incredible feeling!
