    Feb 2012 - onwards MF achieved
    September 2016 - Back into clearing a mortgage - Was due to be paid off in 32 years in March 2047 -
    April 2018 down to 28.00 months vs 30.04 months at normal payment.
    Predicted mortgage clearing 03/2047 - now looking at 02/2045

    Aims: 1) To pay off mortgage within 20 years - 2037

  • Hey gang. Just posted my last OP of the year - £2000. That means I beat my OP target of £30,000 for the year. Very happy with that :) although still a long way to go :(. Hope to see everyone over on the 2012 thread!! Merry xmas!!

    Hey gang. Just posted my last OP of the year - £2000. That means I beat my OP target of £30,000 for the year. Very happy with that :) although still a long way to go :(. Hope to see everyone over on the 2012 thread!! Merry xmas!!

    No 66 here with last update for 2011.
    I'll declare £713 for Dec. There may be another very small op to come but I'll declare that in the 2012 thread,
    Think I've made my revised target but more importantly got the capital owing below £25,000 (just).

    congrats to all who managed any OPs in these financially challenging times, congrats to those who reached their targets/and or cleared their mortgages.
