Everything over letter size I use a COP and if as one person is saying 15 working days for missing post then ebay will have to get there act together to safeguard the seller better.
As most of my Selling is large letter size I always get a COP and have had very few problems recently, but as a Buyer that is where the problems have started since the beginning of November. I don't know if the working practices of the Royal Mail have changed over the last 6 weeks but the post is much later in the day and by different postman/women. Whatever happened to the regular by 9am Postie.0 -
Been in a coma fred? Postmen going on strike ring any bells? The Royal Mail Group has been decimated over the last five years.0

love the mail reminiscing
what did you think would happen with all the cuts in RM?0 -
Royal Mail say that after 10 working days you can claim for lost post as long as you have a certificate of posting (which they are now getting rid of) or have sent it recorded signed for.

more companies trying to compete

so you think by making cuts in RM it would encourage competition?

....have you seen out on delivery?0 -
I waited 10 days for an item and contacted the seller last night only to have it arrive this morning. Fortunately I agreed to wait a few more days before requesting a refund.
I also sent out four small items first class on Monday but have only received feedback for one so far. Just hope everything arrived OK.
I appreciate it may not be feasible for those who sell for a living, but I will now be suspending my ebay activities untill the new year. Judging by some of todays press reports things are not going to get better anytime soon and its just not worth the additional stress!0
