You can't go into dispute with thebigstore.co.uk unless they have taken money from your account and they have not sent goods to you. Normally this would be 10 days after they took the cash.

I spoke to trading standards and told them the scenario and that the money had actually been taken out of my account by izooba.com (Based in Australia apparently). TS told me that as I had not authorised izooba.com to take this money then they had no right to do so and it is therefore up to my bank to reverse the transaction. Izooba.com can then contest it if they wish but to do that they need justification, which of course they do not have. The result is I went to my bank, filled in some forms and the money arrived back in my account.0 -

My Credit Card company (Mastercard) managed to get me a full refund! Result!!! Anyone reading these posts that has been conned by these jokers, get in touch with your bank directly and get your money back! Dont wait for promised cheques as they dont arrive or bounce!!!0
