Does the account section give despatch details?
Mine still shows 'Estimated Delivery between 04 Jan 2011 and 13 Jan 2011' for Craghoppers stuff.
I'm still waiting.0 -
I got a delayed email then an out of stock email for one item of two.
I've now had one item delivered, not option of any alternative so its become £12.50 for one small item.
Paying another £4.50 postage will now make it £17 for £25 worth of goods that I may never have bought in the first place.0 -
I'm confused!
If something is out of stock - you lose the value of that item - no offer of a replacement item or another e-voucher?
Surely that can't be right.
That doesn't sound like an acceptable arrangement to me.0 -
My code does not work now that I have finally found something that I wanted to buy! RUBBISH service, will definately not be doing anything like this again, just too much hastle.0

ive just had that too- i used 30 worth of vouchers on a £31 spend. i had an email from them to say that the order had been sent then 10 mins later another email to say that 1 item worth £6 was out of stock. i then had an email saying £1 had been refunded. i checked my account- no voucher refund! i rang them up and said i had only been refunded £1 and she reeled off some rubbish about the item having £5 worth of voucher allocated to it so i asked 'where is my refunded voucher then? i dont see it in my account and i certainly wont be receiving any goods for that £5 now will i?' She then put me on hold, came back and said she could refund the £5 voucher back to me.
its as you say though, i now have a £5 voucher that i will have to pay £4.50 postage to use and its not like you can use the voucher in conjunction with any other codes. i may just leave it to expire and be happy with the 2 orders i placed as taking cashback into account and p&p, i have spent around £10 on £45 worth of goodsJuly- coconut body shop body butter, pom bear football, mini johnsons lotion, Sally Hansen nail treatments0 -
Was a real pain to get the codes to work but in the end they were all OK.
One of my items (£22) was out of stock.
I had to contact them and request a credit which was a little annoying.
They credited a £20 e-voucher & I had to pay an extra delivery charge to use it.
I used the e-voucher when they had a promo weekend so I suppose all was well in the end.
No problems with the quality of the goods. The Cottonfield & Craghoppers items that I purchased were lovely.
Overall happy with the deal especially with the £7+ cashback from TCB per voucher.0 -
I am still waiting for new codes! This had been a bit of a fiasco!0

When do the codes expire? I have one in my emails somewhere must use it soon!0
