So are they sending the codes out by post or by email? Surely emailing would be cheaper for them than paying for the postage!

Anyway... anyone's TCB fail to track? I'm interested in another deal on KGB, but if it doesn't track I may not be bother.

I've just received my codes. I ordered 2 vouchers on the same day and they have both registered on TCB and are in the confirmed column already. I've found TCB to be ok in the past when I've had to submit a ticket for cashback that hasnt tracked.

Remember guys don't forget to go through TCB to get cashback from secret sales when you're buying. I nearly forgot!

When you go on secret sales, if you scroll down, on the right it says in a box, 'gift voucher? redeem now', click that and you can enter your code.

I've had mixed reviews with Secret Sales.

First Sale I ever did I bought a gorgeous top from Baby Phat. It never arrived, I went back, enquired as it was "pending" and the shipping date came past, and to have them come back and say they cancelled the order. :mad: (and yet took my money!) so I demanded a refund. They refused and said I had to go back to my bank. Went back, they said had to deal with secret sales, so hubby got on the line and sorted it. Refund.
Then the ipad 'problem' which I must admit I gave them a whatfor over the facebook as they didn't publish how many were available.

But I had a friend that bought something that went well, so decided to give them a second try, and ordered some eyeglasses frames and to my suprise they actually arrived and with quick shipping.

So that's a 'warts n all' of the story.. so far.

I purchased 4x sets of codes, 1x set and then another set of 3.
I got my first code and it worked, then recieved 3 more emails with the same code.
In an ongoing struggle with support, they've finally given me 3 codes. 2 of which don't work. One does.
So far I have only managed to get 2/4 codes...
It does not bode well I think.
