£25 voucher for £8 to spend at secretsales.com from KGB Deals

I had two voucher purchases that did not track via TCB.

When I eventually got individual codes (rather than the accidentally duplicated ones) I found that one was invalid. Have asked them to issue a valid one for the third time.

Well, I bought 1 voucher but couldn't spend the £25 in one go. I received the code by email last night, tried to order £27.50 worth of items (inc. p&P), so I only had to pay £2.50. But it would only let me use either £5, £10 or £20 e-voucher, I could only added one voucher to the transaction so at the end I used £20. Now still have £5 in my secreatsales account. It's a bit annoying doing it that way, I don't want to order & pay postage again! Though the £25 voucher u can use it against the p&p so it's not too bad.

I had one of my codes not working too - Have emailed support and asked them to send me a new code!

I hope my other ones work as I am giving 2 as gifts to my daughters and don't want them to have any problems with them..

I know if will be sorted but will be glad if both my daughters codes work for them! :-)

That's what happened to me, but I figured it out, well a bit. Basically, you have to spend more than the voucher amount you want to redeem, if that makes sense (minus the postage that is). So for example, yesterday I made an order for £80.50 worth (including postage) and only paid 50p extra. Without postage, it was less so I didn't have the option of using £80 worth of vouchers in the drop down menu. So I added another item to take it to over £80. Clicked on £80 on the drop down menu to take £80 discount off. Removed the item that I had added, and voila, only 50p to pay as £80 also went towards the postage value too. I've found that you can't use say £20 vouchers for £17.50 worth of items, as they don't seem to give you the change if you get what I mean, and you can't pay by paypal either as it becomes negative. Oh and I've also had 7 of my vouchers tracking. Just 3 more left to track. (Yeh i ordered 10 lol). I stupidly forgot to go through TCB for yesterdays order so missed out on £6.44.

I didn't have any problems with my code and used some of my voucher against the postage cost but my order is still at 'new' with a delivery date of on or before monday, is it possible it will be despatched today even though it is a weekend or is this the start of many problems?

Hi - I'm still bigging up KGB - BUT 5 of my codes are not working!!

I bought 8 lol

So 3 of them worked - The first 2 I used on the day they were issued but BECAUSE I WANTED TO TAKE MY TIME and we have until March to use them ( and 2 were for my daughters as gifts ) I did not think there was a hurry to use them!

But because the 3rd code didn't work and other peoples haven't worked too I got worried and its SO ODD THAT NONE of my other codes are working now!!!

I have a feeling that some unscrupulous person has simply 'played around' with the last 3 digits and effectively STOLEN some peoples codes

You KNOW there are some smart but greedy people around with NO conscience!!

( just have to read some of the forums!!! )

Anyway have written to KGB and wish I had tried 'banking' ALL my codes straight away @ Secret Sales on the first day but thought I had to use them one at a time! lol

Hope they sort it out soon as I have decided its best to get my daughters a £25 gift voucher each on the site and so I doubt VERY much if they'll receive their gift vouchers before Christmas...

Just tried to enter my code and it says - Not valid check spelling? I've copied and pasted it and typed it manually but it's still not working has anyone else had this?

TBH if codes are so easy to forge that all it requires to swap around a few numbers, for that kinds of value voucher then it speaks volumes about the security and experience of the site(s).

so i have ordered some things and it says they are due on or before the 21st but they havent taken the 5.50 postage and package?!
