I placed an order for the hexbug ant yesterday and it was despatched today and email stated £0.00, so have placed another order today for the pineapple slicer... which should come with next day delivery and hopefully won't be charged for it.

not sure wat they mean about nxt day delivery maybe nxt couple of days i placed an order this afternoon for the pillow and was supposed to have been despatched today but it now says est despatch 17th hmmmm i still have a couple of orders from the other day sitting waiting too which still says estimate despatch 16th

Yes, same here. Took me ages to work out why the amounts on my credit card don't match the invoices, till I worked out that I've not been charged for delivery, despite it showing on the invoice. Doh!

I ordered the bug and have received emails stating it has been despatched for DS1. Having read up on the little bug, I started to feel guilty that I haven't ordered one for DS2 as well so I've been back onto the site and ordered another - same deal as before:T

I've checked my bank account and there are no payments taken for the original order which is despatched so will be interesting to see if I am charged for the second????
