I too was waiting for a refund up until recently. I got the feeling no more refunds were likely to be made automatically and so contacted them via their online messaging service. To be fair to them, they have agreed to apply the refund without question.
Even though I got a few items cheaper due to the glitch, I was very impressed with their customer service with applying the refund.
In the past I have bought quite a lot of stuff from IWOOT when paying full price and will continue to buy from them in the future and so don't feel too guilty about using the code.0 -

They say it will take a few days. I received the acknowledgement of the refund on Friday and so will have to wait and see. It was only just over £12 anyway and so not a lot.0 -
I received an email last Weds saying they are refunding. Still waiting though.Mortgage Free as of 31/5/11 :j:j:j:j:j:j:j0
