I was charged three times each for three orders and then the next day charged once again for the three orders. I have left it a couple of days to see if any refunds were credited to my card but as there were none I called them today. I was on the line for 36 mins while they tried to sort it out and then decided they would call me back which they did a short time later and are going to refund my card with the £42.00 I have been overcharged

The royal mail van turned up this morning and was full of my parcels lol, i've now got nearly everything i ordered and in time for xmas too

Apparently the postman has been! About 40-50 boxes delivered!!! Had to put in garage! Sooooo many got to take photo of it!! Will post when get home! Merry Christmas!!!!

received 2 idream pillows, 2 hexbugs, paper jamz amp and a solar robot still waiting for lots more for the neices and nephews but they can get them nxt week when we see them thanks again op
