IWOOT sale, code GLITCH!

what the chances that they do a very.co.uk and decide that the code was used wrongly and bill everyone the correct amounts, admittedly we can all send them back at our cost, its quite obvious a glitch and i can see them wanting there money lol

This made me smile. I would feel very sorry for the person that would have to go through every order placed to send a bill. Luckily they wouldn't be able to as the contract has been completed and they agreed to sell at the prices we paid. I know Littlewoods and Very have tried before as they set up credit accounts for their customers but IWOOT do not so wouldn't be able to.Comping wishlist for 2017

i hope your right, i already got charged numerous times for the one item!! i'd hate to think for the people that order 10+ times. time will tell, lets hope that learn a lesson and move on...Listen to what people say, but watch what people what people do!!0 -

I have been charged multiple times too but if you give them a call they should sort a refund, if you have any troubles with it you could always report it as fraud to your bank (if you didn't authorise the extra transactions) so you would get refunded in the end.Comping wishlist for 2017

You live and learn. I thought I was not being so greedy having to pay some, instead of getting all the freebies.
I would contact them, the worst they can say is no. I know legaly they can charge you what you want despite what it says on their site (asda are famous for this) but most companies don't charge more than what your email receipt says and if you use the code wrong and they don't like it then they can cancel it before despatch!Best wins in 2013 £200 and Mini iPad. 2014 no wins. 2015 2 nights 5* hotel with £300 vouchers plus £1150 Harrods gift card

I to have been charged on two different cards for the same items after having payment problems on the first one. So far I have escaped the cancellation e-mail so I will wait until I have the items in my hand before I demand my money back, only £9 total, dont wanna give them a heads up.0

My remaining orders turned up today. I got the tea lovers cup, the hexbug starter kits, the alpha cubes and the sweet hampers. I have paid something for all my orders and have been charged three times for three items(2 at £1.49 and 1 at £2.49), but it still works out a good deal overall so I am happyTwins, twice the laughs, twice the fun, twice the mess!:j:j0
