One of our customer services advisors has reviewed your query and we are able to confirm the following:
    Hi

All outstanding orders have been cancelled as the discount code used was limited per customer and should only have been valid on an order over £10.00.

For more information please see the terms and conditions on our site.

At the moment the account is currently under review.

I was charged numerous times for a number of items. It appears they have now credited my credit card; however from first glance it appears they've paid me back too much, plus my account is still live! They clearly appreciate my custom. :D

I can't help thinking that I shouldn't have ordered so many items, but then on the other hand I find myself saying, if only I ordered another one of those.

I'm going to log off now and give myself a good telling off.

Stolt - the orders come via Royal Mail.

Edit - Below is the appropriate FAQ on discount codes from the IWOOT website. I take comfort from the fact it says: "Please note that you can only use one discount code per order and you are not able to use them in conjunction with any other offers.". I think they'll find that's exactly what I did - I made sure there was one per order. It doesn't mention that you can't use discount codes more than once on the same account / household.

How do I use a discount code?

Using a discount code is easy:
    • Add the item(s) to your basket
    • Once you have finished shopping view the basket and enter your discount code in the box marked “Got a discount code? Enter it here”
    • Hit “Add” to apply the discount to your order
Please note that you can only use one discount code per order and you are not able to use them in conjunction with any other offers.

I was charged £4.49 twice for a candy grabber even though I eventually cancelled the order  Am hoping to receive a refund over the next few days, otherwise will be contacting IWOOT next week.

I believe IWOOT have always used Royal Mail. The umbrella I received this morning arrived by Royal Mail, so guess they still do.

On another note, I wonder what made IWOOT stop the glitch yesterday (after it had been going on for over 2 weeks)?
Perhaps the account dept finally got hold of the figures for December, and they realised most of the 100000000000 orders were for £0.00? :rotfl:

This has been a great glitch. MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE

I dont know how they can say you misused an o2 code as it wasnt the o2 code as the letter was changed.

anyway 5 orders dispatched on 20th - 2 went first and have arrived today so hope i get the others tomorrow. I paid something for all mine and had payment problem so changed from cc to bankers card - got the mail about overcharging - have no idea how many times each card got charged but hope they refund me too much too (account still fine - so ive been a good girl for santa lol)

OMG - I just checked my bank account to make sure they refunded me when they took payment twice (for two items)

I ordered two of the car signs (says thankyou and back off) was £21.99 without code, I paid £13.49 each with code and they just refunded me £21.99 each. Woohoo With the extra money I paid for a couple of other items, this extra has made it that I got all my orders free. (iyswim)

Please keep your fingers crossed that they don't notice and take it back again. xxxxx

ETA: was too hasty in posting - It seems they charged me three times each in the first place, not twice, so what do I do now? Leave it as it is or get onto them?

Just worked it out. It means I paid £18 each instead of £21.99. I got p+p free too I suppose, but I doubt I would have bought them at that price.

You live and learn. I thought I was not being so greedy having to pay some, instead of getting all the freebies. :(

what the chances that they do a very.co.uk and decide that the code was used wrongly and bill everyone the correct amounts, admittedly we can all send them back at our cost, its quite obvious a glitch and i can see them wanting there money lol
