this glitch went on for nearly 2 weeks, everything i bought or got free will go to a good home, some to the toy appeal next christmas.

as i said before i don't feel in the slightest bit guilty, they had 2 WEEKS to notice this for goodness sake !!!!!

i gave my "poor postman" a bottle of whisky so that should ease the pain a abit.

I ordered 1 item on the 13th, got a dispatch note on the 15th but still haven't received it. Getting quite concerned as it's a present for someone, is anyone else having similar problems?

Me! i have been waiting for over a week now since dispatch e-mail. I'm not desparate for the orders but before Christmas would have been nice!

I ordered a fairy jar which was supposedly in stock and due to be shipped around the 13th. I had 2 emails yesterday, 1 to say they are awaiting stock and it may not arrive in time for Xmas and another to say they have cancelled my order!

This was one of the longest running glitches! lol

Glad they honoured it though as I find their full price items a wee bit EXPENSIVE anyway!!

I only ordered what I really wanted and HAPPY I got my candy grabber , sweetie box and talking bear with free delivery as was worried I would be charged!!

Then got 2 of the ''chinese cup things'' As I think they are actually quite GORGEOUS for a portable cup and I am a big tea drinker so will be happy if P&P is free on those as well

So thank you OP - A BIG one!!

The main thing I am looking forward to is recording my voice on the bear for my Grandson - So thanks to the poster of the sweet talking bear as I would have missed it / not seen it otherwise! :T

still waiting on lots of orders despatched about a week ago too would be nice to receive them before xmas for my 4 boys, they did say guaranteed before xmas lol times running out and the clock is ticking the big man will be here soon enough
