my hex ant was sent today, and 0.00 charged as they have taken off postage

Have just spent 30 mins on an 0844 number - guy very polite and said that the emails I had received from the company were unacceptable! Basically were very rude to me. But spent ages trying to negotiate what they would do about it - kept saying I had to return item before refund - then I said what about 0844 call - said you can send in your bill and they'd refund the call - more time and hassle. And I still have to go to post office and queue for half an hour to return item.

Long story - then put on hold while he spoke to supervisor - finally came back with - still have to return item but giving me £10 credit to my account - can also claim back for phone call.

Why they didn't just say keep the item I don't know....

Have to say guy I spoke to was very good but still not happy about they way the company handled it all and the hassle thats involved. Won't be rushing back to them in a hurry - even to spend the £10 - might post the code for it on here for everyone to try... lol :rotfl:

are you sure? when i look on my iwoot account it shows as £3.95??

have had my speaker pillow dispatched, only £1.49 taken out of account so free delivery, very pleased as didn't get the last glitch honoured. Don't really mind if it doesn't arrive for Christmas, I'll keep it as a gift to myself

this code is still working ? why expired ?

all my orders now dispatched and have not been charged postage for any, the two which were less than £8.50 (pineapple slicer and hexibug) are basically free - no postage charged. and my other thing, pillow speakers cost £1.49 in total.

Just keep in mind that if you ordering again they might charge postage this time, so only order stuff you are willing to pay for

This has been put into the Gone but not forgotten board but it is still working, more items added to sale. Didnt get charged del even though it comes up as charging del.. although they may have changed this now.

I got an email saying that all deliveries will be upgraded to next day for free. I think they must mean that delivery will be free ?

Edit- Just tried it and its charging me delivery so must'nt be what I thought it was!

I think they mean you get next day del for the price of standered delivery
